Abstract

Abstract                        This objective of this research is to study the effect of the work team, organization culture, and job satisfaction on the organization commitment. This research was conducted at PT. Indah Cup Sukses Makmur, Bogor, West Java. the method used to analyze this research is the causal study or path analyze. The sample of this research were 110 employee, and at selected randomly.The research result showed, there is effect positive and significant work team on job satisfaction, there is effect positif and significant organization culture on job satisfaction, there is effect work team on commitment organization, there is effect positive and significant organization culture on commitment organization, there is effect positif and significant job satisfaction on commitmen organization.Best on the result of the reseacrh, can be concluded that the commitment organization were effect by work team, organization culture, and job satisfaction employees. Keywords: Work team, organization culture, job satisfaction, commitment organization

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction, and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the Central National Population and Family Planning Board (BKKBN). This research was conducted using a quantitative research approach, using survey methods, including survey activities, consolidation, instrument trials through validity and reliability tests as well as collection and processing of research data. The sample in this study was 133 employees at the Deputy for Latbang Sector of the Central BKKBN. The data collection technique in this study used a random sampling technique, meaning random sampling. Measurement in this study was carried out by giving the value of each question item from all variables. The size of the value given in each question uses a "Likert Scale". The data originating from the distribution of questionnaires was carried out by data analysis including data description, and research requirements testing, including normality test, homogeneity test, and linearity test. To prove the influence of Organizational Culture (X1), Job Satisfaction (X2), and Work Motivation (X3) variables on Performance (Y). In this study, data analysis techniques were used with path analysis. Based on the results of the research analysis: 1) There is an influence of Organizational Culture (X1) on Work Motivation (X3) of 0.427; 2) There is an effect of Job Satisfaction (X2) on Work Motivation (X3) of 0.359; 3) There is an influence of Organizational Culture (X1) on Performance (Y) of 0.306; 4) There is an effect of Job Satisfaction (X2) on Performance (Y) of 0.315; 5) There is an effect of Work Motivation (X3) on Performance (Y) of 0.210.Key Words: Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction, Job Motivation and Performance

Abstract

research was conducted at PT.MNC Wahana Wisata, Jakarta. MNC group is a multinational company in Indonesia. This study population of employees of PT.MNC Wahana Wisata. Amounting to 70 people which is a saturated sample. The study aims to determine whether there is an effect between the factor or dimension of work engagement, organization culture, and job satisfaction on work performance. Associative research method with conducted with a quantitative approach to research survey techniques, and descriptive research with causality variables. The result should that partially three exogenous variables are work engagement, organization culture, and job satisfaction, have a significant effect on the endogenous variable is work performance. Suggestions submitted to the management company, should pay attention and increase the intensity of the factors of work engagement, organization culture, and job satisfaction to achieve high work performance to improve the company high work performance to create added value and make it even better.Keywords: work engagement, organization culture, job satisfaction, work performance

Abstract

Abstract :Baitul Maal Hidayatullah (BMH) is an amil zakat institution which is engaged in collecting zakat, infaq, alms, Waqf and grants as well as humanitarian social funds and company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), distributes through educational programs, social da'wah, humanitarian and economic in national based. Based on the documentation data at BMH, it informs that employee performance does not comply with the targets set by the management. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of workload, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on employee performance.This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory or causal design. The population in this study were all employees at BMH. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of a questionnaire. Selection of the number of samples using the probability sampling method, the number of samples determined using the Slovin formula, and determined as many as 100 respondents. Data analysis using path analysis. The results found that workload affects organizational commitment, job satisfaction affects organizational commitment, workload affects employee performance, job satisfaction affects employee performance, organizational commitment affects employee performance.Keywords :    Workload, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract : This research aims to examine and analyze the effects of leadership, ability, and motivation on employee performance of Warrant officers and non-commissioned personnel (Case study at Indonesian Navy Health Service). The method of research is a quantitative approach. Data of research is primary data for observation from April up to August 2020. The number of samples of this research was 94 respondents, consists of all Warrant officers and non-commissioned personnel levels. The method used in this research is path analysis, which previously used the instrument test in the questionnaire, namely by testing the validity and reliability, then testing the analysis requirements, namely the normality test, significance test, and linearity test. After that, the hypothesis is tested. The conclusions of the research results are as follows: Leadership has a positive effect on motivation, the ability has a positive effect on motivation, leadership has a positive direct effect on performance, the ability has a direct positive effect on performance, motivation has a direct positive effect on performance, Leadership, Ability, and Motivation together have a positive effect on the performance of the Indonesian Navy Health Service personnel.Keywords : Leadership, Ability, Motivation, and Employee’s Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study comprehensively the effect of leadership style, organizational, and motivation on job satisfaction. The research was conducted the sample used was 90 people with 20 respondents to test the research instrument. The sample selection used in this study is simple random sampling. Hypothesis testing is done empirically using Path Analysis using the SPSS Version 24 program. The research showed that Leadership Style (X1), Organizational Culture (X2) affect Motivation (X3) and as far as where is Leadership Style (X1), Organizational Culture (X2), and Motivation (X3) influencing Job Satisfaction (Y). The results showed that leadership style (X1) had a direct effect on Motivation (X3) of = 0,570 or 57,0%, Organizational Culture (X2) had a direct effect on Motivation (X3) of = 0,256 or 25,6%, leadership style (X1) direct effect on Job Satisfaction (Y) of = 0,231 or 23,1%, Organizational Culture (X2) direct effect on Job Satisfaction (Y) of = 0,458 or 45,8%, Motivation (X3) direct effect on Job Satisfaction (Y) of = 0,205 or 20,5%. Therefore Leadership Style is the most dominant variable that can improve Motivation. Organizational culture is the most variable that can improve the Job Satisfaction of employees in Indonesia Korean Culture and Study. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work environment and work stress on the performance of employees of PT Sandin Indonesia. The sample in this study were 74 respondents. The method used in this study is a quantitative method and data collection is done by distributing questionnaires which are then processed using IBM SPSS 22 analysis tools. The results showed that partially (t) it was found that brand image had a significant effect on customer satisfaction. This is evidenced by the significance value smaller than 5% confidence level (0,000 <0.05) and tcount> t table (2.284> 1.99). Based on the partial test results (t) it was found that customer value has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. This is evidenced by the significance value smaller than 5% confidence level (0.029 <0.05) and tcount> t table (2.234> 1.99). The test results (R2) obtained a value of 0.847 so, brand image and customer value can explain the variable customer satisfaction by 84.7%, while the remaining 15.3% is explained by other variables
