Background: Gout arthritis was a disease characterized by pain that occurs repeatedly caused the high levels of uric acid in the blood, The prevalence was 24.7% and the most prevalence ofhighest in Bali was 19.3%. North Sulawesi was also one of the highest prevalence 10.3%. From the preliminary data obtained from health centers Shoulders, during the year 2014, from January to March, there were 111 people diagnosed with gout arthritis. So there were about 35 people per month who had gout Arthritis. One of the non pharmacologist treatment of gout was Soursop Fruit / Soursop leaves. Methods: this research used quasi experimental, with one group pre-post test design without control. sampling of this research using total sampling technique were 35 elderly people who hadgout .Results: This study analyzes by using t-test, obtained p-value= 0.000 (p <0.05) Ho rejected and Ha accepted. ABSTRACT Rubber is forest commodity which planted most in Jambi with total area of 558.570 ha (97 % of community’s forest) and most are very old plants. Regeneration in commercial level has been done, however the quality of seedling was doubtful. Formers have their own preferency on superior clone of rubber such as PB260, RRIC100, and BPM24 but growth characteristics of those clones were not very well known yet. Thertore, research on growth of suggested clones need to be done done with optimal application of fertilizer research was conducted at trial plot of BPTP Jambi from May to November 2008. The experimental design was Completelty Randomized Design (CRD) with factorial assessed factory were : (1) Suggessted clone of rubber consist of A1 (BPM24), A2 (RRIC100), A3 (PB260) and (2) concentration of PPC Bayfolan consist of 5 lenels : Bo (Control), B1 (1,5 ml L-1), B2 (1,5 ml L-1), B3 (3 ml L-1), B4 (4,5 ml L-1), B5 (4,5 ml L-1). Parameters abserved were apical, langth, dry meight of roots, dry meight of apical, leaf total width, and quality index. Results shomed that there was in feraction betueen apical leugth and dry meight of apical, the highest yield was tahen from combination of A2B2. Parameters of root dry weight, leaf total width and quality index pave significanthy effect, RRIC100 gone the highest volume. PPC Bayfolan 3mll-1 gove the best yield. In overall, clone treatments gone significant effect on growth of seedling in the polibags while effect of PPC bayfolan shomed that there was optimum concentration on each suggested clone.Keywords: Seedling Grafting Rubber, Havea brasilliensis Mull arg, superior clone, PPC

Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk menghasilkan karya nyata, berupa sistem pengendali perangkat elektronik rumah tangga yang terintegrasi berbasis internet yang bisa di aksess oleh berbagai perangkat dengan kendali jarak jauh. Metode yang di gunakan dalam pembuatan aplikasi pengendali rumah jarak jauh terintegrasi berbasis mikrokontoler menggunakan jaringan internet memanfaatkan framework Openhab penelitian ini terdiri dari beberapa tahap yaitu , studi pustaka, metode analisis, metode perancangan, dan implementasi. Hasil yang di capai adalah memberi kemudahan bagi pengguna smartphone dan pc yang terkoneksi dengan internet untuk mengendalikan perangat elektronik dan sistem kemanan pada rumah atau kantor untuk meningkatkan efesiensi, kenyamanan dan kemanan pemilik rumah, dimana rangkaian ini bekerja ketika pengguna atau pemilik rumah ingin mengakses informasi pada rumahnya dimana setiap komponen seperti arduino , Ethernet sheld , Orange Pi yang bertidak sebagi server akan mengumpulkan data yang di dapat dari sensor-sensor dan kemudian di kirimkan kepada pengguna melalui menu intrface OpenHab. Kesimpulan yang di dapat adalah peralatan ini telah di uji dan dapat di gunakan dalam mengendalikan rumah jarak jauh yang terintegrasi dimana pemilik rumah dengan mudah mengendalikan peralatan elektronik pada rumah yang bisa di aksess melalui berbagai perangkat baik itu pc maupun smartphone.

Abstract This objective of this research is to study the effect of the work team, organization culture, and job satisfaction on the organization commitment. This research was conducted at PT. Indah Cup Sukses Makmur, Bogor, West Java. the method used to analyze this research is the causal study or path analyze. The sample of this research were 110 employee, and at selected randomly.The research result showed, there is effect positive and significant work team on job satisfaction, there is effect positif and significant organization culture on job satisfaction, there is effect work team on commitment organization, there is effect positive and significant organization culture on commitment organization, there is effect positif and significant job satisfaction on commitmen organization.Best on the result of the reseacrh, can be concluded that the commitment organization were effect by work team, organization culture, and job satisfaction employees. AbstractHealth Institute of Aeronautics and Space (LAKESPRA) Saryanto Jakarta is an institution that has a strategic role in the field of aerospace. which has primary responsibility for carrying out a medical examination of the crew military and civilian aircraft and became a scientific reference for the aviation community including health study in the field of space in Indonesia. Lakespra staffed by military personnel and civilian employees who both have the same roles and responsibilities since the complement policies implemented. However, in reality civil servants until now all excited to achieve high performance, it is characterized by low motivation and their perspective in viewing the future of his career. The results showed the group of women had a better motivation and perspective in view of his future, which reached 51% of the men. Similarly, a group of highly educated S2 has the highest motivation and perspective compared to the pass DIII and S1. From the results of the study provide a schematic and perspective and understanding that the factors motivating factors have a crucial role in supporting employee career at Lakespra. The aim of this study is to explore the role of PAI teachers in shaping students' moral character during the COVID-19 pandemic at SMP IT Al-Asror, Sumbersari Village, Sekampung District, East Lampung Regency, as well as to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors involved in this process. This research employs a qualitative approach. The informants include the school principal, teaching staff, parents, and students. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data is ensured through triangulation of methods and sources. Data analysis follows the Miles and Huberman model, which involves data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study reveal that PAI teachers played a significant role in developing students' moral character during the pandemic through collaboration with parents regarding students' learning discipline at home, mandatory prayers, completion of assignments, and students' attitudes toward their families and surroundings. The supporting factors include: (1) the role of parents or guardians, (2) advancements in technology, and (3) the use of social media. The inhibiting factors include poor internet connection, students' personal attitudes, the role of parents or guardians, lack of behavioral supervision at home, and students' laziness in completing assignments. The National Data Center (PDN) plays a critical role in storing and managing government and public data, positioning it as a strategic target for cybersecurity threats such as ransomware. This study aims to assess university students’ knowledge of PDN security issues, with a specific focus on ransomware attacks, before and after attending a structured webinar series. A pre-test and post-test design was implemented involving students from Universitas Siber Muhammadiyah and Universitas Islam Mulia Yogyakarta. The results revealed a significant improvement in students’ understanding of cybersecurity issues following the webinars. Key contributing factors included educational background, frequency of technology use, and active participation during discussions. The findings suggest that webinars are an effective educational tool to enhance cybersecurity literacy among students. The study recommends integrating cybersecurity awareness into the academic curriculum and conducting more webinars to address the growing complexity of digital security threats.

The implementation of Outcome-Based Education (OBE) necessitates transparency and accountability in mapping Program Learning Outcomes (PLO). Nevertheless, the manual mapping process from an extensive array of courses (60 Course Learning Outcomes/CLO) to 10 PLOs frequently encounters administrative constraints and a high risk of human error. This study aims to design and develop an integrated OBE monitoring system utilizing the Moodle API for grade synchronization and the OpenAI API for academic documentation assistance. Adopting the Design Science Research (DSR) methodology, the system was implemented using native PHP. The findings demonstrate that Moodle API integration facilitates the real-time automation of grade retrieval per sub-CLO. Simultaneously, the application of Mermaid.js effectively transforms these data into dynamic traceability visualizations. Moreover, the implementation of the OpenAI API (GPT) provides significant cognitive assistance for faculty members in drafting Semester Learning Plans (RPS) aligned with competency standards. This system establishes a robust data infrastructure for institutions to perform accurate and transparent curriculum evaluations.
