Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of variable Attitudes Personality, and Style of Leadership on Employee Performance in PT. PRIMA GLOBAL FLOORS. Based on the results of the research can be used as a basis for the development of economics in general and management in particular, and can be used as material comparison and input in improving employee performance in PT. PRIMA GLOBAL FLOORS. Hypothesis testing in research using multiple linear regression test, determination test (R2), t test and F test. The population in this research is population of 130 employees divided on Cadroom Division, Sample, Cutting and Marchandiser at PT. PRIMA GLOBAL FLOORS. Of the population of about 130 employees in can 57 respondents By using the Slovin formula in Umar (2007: 78). From the result of Personality Attitude Analysis (X1) through t test is bigger than t table (3,506> 2,004) and significance value 0,001 <0,05 then H0 is rejected and H1 accepted. From Personality Analysis results (X2) partially Test Findings t arithmetic greater than t table (3,294> 2,004) and significance value 0,002 <0,05 then H0 is rejected and H1 accepted. From the results of employee performance analysis (Y) simultaneous multiple test results obtained results (r) of 0.790 positive. Coefficient of Determination Adjusted R² yield of 0.625. The result of multiple linear regression test is constant (a) equal to 14,844 and F test count equal to 44,965 with significance value 0,000 <0,05. From all the test results can be seen the positive influence between Attitude Personality (X1) and Leadership Style (X2) on employee performance (Y). This proved the higher Attitude Personality and Leadership Leadership Style of employees so that will improve employee performance at PT.BUSANA PRIMA GLOBAL.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Promosi dan Diskon (Potongan Harga) terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Roller Conveyor pada PT. Adiprasetya Teknik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan dan bahan pertimbangan bagi PT. Adipasetya Teknik dalam menentukan strategi promosi dan penetapan diskon yang lebih baik. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelititan ini adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasih yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji multikolineritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji autokorelasi. Selain itu untuk uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah dengan uji regresi berganda, korelasi berganda, uji koefisien determinasi (R²), uji T dan Uji F. Banyaknya populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 35 perusahaan sebagai konsumen PT. Adiprasetya Teknik yang menggunakan roller conveyor baik sebagai distributor maupun end user, dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh yakni semua populasi dijadikan sampel yaitu sebanyak 35 perusahaan. Dari hasil analisis regresi berganda didapatkan hasil variabel promosi sebesar 0,002 dan variabel diskon 0,004 maka kedua variabel tersebut memiliki nilai signifikan dibawah 0,05. Dapat dikatakan bahwa variabel independen tersebut memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil Uji F menunjukan nilai f hitung = 13,925 dengan signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Hal ini berarti f hitung = 13,925 > f tabel = 3,28. Maka promosi dan diskon memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian secara simultan (besama – sama). Dengan demikian jika dilihat dari hasil uji T dapat dikatakan bahwa variabel promosi (X1) yang lebih berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) dibandingkan dengan variabel diskon (potongan harga) (X2)

Abstract

In a company the existence of conflict can not be avoided, in other words conflict is always present. Then communication is very important to establish cooperative relationships between people involved in the organization and have a very big influence in the process of achieving organizational goals. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of these two variables on employee work productivity. After a literature review and hypothesis preparation, data were collected through a questionnaire method of 40 people working in the EDT division obtained by using saturated sampling, which means that all populations are sampled. Then analyzed the data obtained by using multiple regression analysis. This analysis includes: validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test (R2), from the analysis obtained regression equation: Y = 8.771a + 0,426 X1 + 0,403 X2, and hypothesis testing through t test and f test. Where variable Employee Productivity (Y), Internal Conflicts (X1), and Communications (X2). Hypothesis testing using t test shows that both independent variables studied proved to significantly affect the dependent variable employee productivity. Then through the test f can be seen that the internal conflict and communication variables worth to test the dependent variable employee productivity. The R square number of 0.790 indicates that 79 percent of the employee productivity variation can be explained by the two independent variables in the regression equation. While the remaining 21 percent is explained by other variables outside the three variables used in this study.
