Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance and job satisfaction of employees mediated PT. Maheswara Tour and Travel Semarang. The data used are primary data obtained directly from the original source in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study were employees of PT. Maheswara Tour and Travel Semarang numbering as many as 80 people. Census sampling technique. Test equipment used in this study testing the validity using factor analysis, reliability testing using Cronbach Alpha and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: Leadership positive effect on job satisfaction. Work motivation positive effect on job satisfaction. Leadership positive influence on employee performance. Work motivation positive effect on employee performance acceptable. Job satisfaction has positive influence on employee performance acceptable.
