Abstract

This research is a research on predictive analysis of LQ45 blue chip stock price with backpropagation neural network data mining method. This study aims to determine the stock price prediction process using the backpropagation neural network method on the LQ45 blue chip stock price. This research is in training and testing data using RapidMiner tools with 80% data sharing for training data and 20% for testing data. The parameters used are training cycle of 500, learning rate of 0.01 and momentum of 0.9. The results of the training and testing of the stock prices of 5 companies in LQ45 obtained the RMSE (Root Mean Square Error) value with the best result of 11.296 and the largest error of 61.925 which indicates the backpropagation neural network method is quite good in the process of predicting stock prices. The results of this prediction can be used as a reference for stock investors in determining the right strategy to minimize mistakes in making decisions to buy or sell the desired stock. Abstract

Industrial development in the era of Industry Revolution 4.0 (IR4.0) requires the company's readiness to run its business in order to remain competitive, strategies and efforts are needed to improve company performance, in carrying out Lean Manufacturing (LM) making maximum use of resources and minimizing waste and eliminating non-existent activities. value-added. One aspect that is focused on increasing productivity is availability, performance, and quality. Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) is a measurement method that functions to determine the effectiveness of the use and utilization of machines, equipment, time and materials in a production process used by management as an approach in solving equipment effectiveness problems. Quality Information Management (QIM) to evaluate and verify the benefits gained by improving process maturity levels, process models and product quality models with improved, high-quality software products that are delivered on time and at lower costs. In its application, OEE can be integrated with the use of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), Quick Response code (QR) and Barcode. This paper describes the implementation and development of research on QIM, widespread use of ICT in production, can connect physical objects with digital systems and integrate them. The use of QIM can increase flexibility and productivity and be able to track and trace in the event of an abnormality and prevent operation errors. Keywords: IR.4.0, lean manufacturing, QIM, OEE, RFID, QR, Bar Code

Abstract

The Six sigma method is a method for improving the achievement of quality by means of a breakthrough, where the old model by means of Continuous Improvement cannot achieve a very critical target, namely 6 sigma, or 3.4 million defects from 1 million production or operations. Six sigma techniques have been implemented in many countries, first developed in 1986 by Bill Smith, Engineer at Motorola. Since then, it has been applied in many countries, because of its very effective use, especially such as the Aircraft Industry, Health Industry, and others that require reliability of up to 99, 999%. How about in Indonesia? Several companies have implemented this system, especially foreign companies, which are affiliated with Indonesian companies, as well as companies that have ventured overseas. This study uses quantitative research, by analyzing the Literature Review of the success of the Six Sigma program in the company based on the Leader's Vision and Mission, Organizational Culture, Discipline in running the program and the success of program implementation. Sampling of research was 60 international journals, and after in-depth research on 15 journals the following findings were found: There are four factors that have the greatest impact, namely (1) the need for top management commitment to the running of the Six Sigma program (2) training needs for the green belt team in the success of Six Sigma (3) Infrastructure needs to support the running of the Six Sigma program (4) The need for other supports such as: Business Strategy Linkages, Relationships with Customers, Changes in Organizational Culture and the need for Six Sigma Team Competencies Keywords: Six Sigma, Industrial Sector, Organizational Culture, Effectiveness of Program Implementation
