Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to provide training to foster entrepreneurial spirit to gen Z by utilizing social media. The method used to carry out this community service activity is in the form of training to 50 gen Z people in Ambon City. To evaluate service activities, the service activity team distributed questionnaires related to entrepreneurship to the participants. The result of the service activities was that the entrepreneurial spirit of the participants grew significantly in all aspects such as the aspect of feeling of interest increased by 20%, the aspect of feeling happy increased by 12%, and the aspect of motivation and the aspect of desire / hope which both increased by 19%

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of accounting digitization on environmental accounting disclosure in MSMEs in Ambon City with human resource capacity as a mediation variable. The study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory survey of 113 respondents. Data was analyzed using statistical tests and Macro Hayes mediation analysis. The results of the study show that accounting digitization has a significant effect on human resource capacity, and human resource capacity has a significant effect on environmental accounting disclosure. However, accounting digitization does not have a direct effect on environmental accounting disclosure. Accounting digitization has an effect on environmental accounting disclosure through human resource capacity. This finding shows that human resource capacity is an important link between accounting digitization and environmental accounting disclosure in MSMEs in Ambon City.
