Abstract

Proses pemesinan adalah suatu proses produksi dengan menggunakan mesin perkakas dengan memanfaatkan gerakan relatif antara pahat dengan benda kerja sehingga menghasilkan suatu produk sesuai dengan hasil geometri yang diinginkan. Masalah yang dapat diambil dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana mengoptimalkan proses pemesinan untuk mendapatkan waktu dan biaya produksi yang efisien .Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah mempercepat waktu proses produksi pada pembuatan sudu turbin ( blade ) untuk hasil yang lebih efisien dan mengurangi dimensi material bakalan. Urutan proses produksi sangat berpengaruh terhadap proses pemesinan untuk mendapatkan waktu dan biaya proses produksi yang cepat dan efisien. Langkah yang akan dilakukan peneliti untuk mengoptimalkan proses pemesinan sudu turbin ( blade ) FD FAN diantaranya : Mengurangi ukuran material bakalan ( raw material ), Menghilangkan satu proses pemesinan bubut ( turning ), Menghitung waktu dan biaya proses pemesinan. Perbandingan waktu proses pemesinan sudu turbin ( blade ) yang dihasilkan 4,29 jam dan perbandingan biaya produksi sebesar Rp. 5.145.800,- . Dari penelitian ini bisa disimpulkan pergantian tahapan proses pemesinan ini bisa jadi acuan untuk proses pembuatan sudu turbin (blade) FD FAN.

Abstract

Infrastructure development spurred innovation in the field of structural engineering, particularly in the field of construction materials technology. The development of concrete technology in trials of adding mixed ingredients continues to be carried out to obtain the desired strength and quality of concrete. The characteristics of concrete are greatly influenced by the ingredients contained in the mixture and how it is processed. The purpose of this study was to analyze the normal compressive strength of concrete and the compressive strength of concrete using gypsum waste as a filler with variations of 10% and 20% with curing ages observed at 28 days. The method used in this study is an experimental method or experiments in the Concrete Laboratory. Based on the results of the study, the normal compressive strength values of fc'18 (MPa) at ages 28 days were 18.08 MPa. In mixed variations of concrete with gypsum waste as a 10% filler, the compressive strength values at the ages of 28 days were 19.18 MPa. In mixed variations of concrete with 20% gypsum waste as filler, the compressive strength values at 28 days of age were 19.71 MPa. From the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the use of gypsum waste from the rest of the construction has an effect on increasing the compressive strength of concrete.

Abstract

Research This study aims to analyze cohesion and coherence in the news of Wonosobo Zone online newspaper. Wonosobo Zone online newspaper from September to November 2024. Cohesion refers to cohesion between linguistic elements in the text, while coherence refers to the logical integration of meaning between ideas. to the logical integration of meaning between ideas. This research uses qualitative approach with a text analysis method, where data in the form of news published during the published during the period were analyzed using cohesion and coherence. coherence. The results showed that the news analyzed generally have a good level of cohesion through the use of devices such as reference, conjunction, and lexical devices. There is marked coherence, namely coherence of intensity, causality and contrast. This study concludes that good quality of cohesion and coherence is needed to increase the effectiveness of news communication to readers. news communication to readers. The results of the study can serve as a reference for improving the quality of news writing in local online newspapers.
