<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Sistem Informasi Penggajian Guru pada SMPI Al Kholily Al Hasany saat ini mengalami permasalahan dalam penyajian informasi terkait dengan rekab absen, penghitungan gaji, total gaji scara keseluruhan, proses dengan penghitungan berdasarkan beberapa komponen potongan. Tujuan daripelaksanaan penelitian adalah mempercepat dan mempermudah pengolahan data penggajian yang terintegrasi pada trans pinjaman, jumlah jam ngajar dan rekab absen perbulan. Berdasarkan dari hasil pembahasan pengembangan sistem informasi penggajian yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat diperoleh hasil atau kesimpulan sistem informasi penggajian yang diusulkan mampu mempersingkat waktupengolahan data penggajian serta menghasilkan laporan-laporan penggajian dengan cepat dan akurat.
