Abstract

Taman Pendidikan Al Quran (TPQ) is a non-formal educational facility that aims to improve the ability to read and write the Quran and understanding of Islam. The number of bad records regarding the management of TPQ, as well as the large number of generations of Indonesian Muslims who are illiterate of the Qur'an, seems to be caused by a lack of knowledge of the Qur'an and implementing learning management properly and correctly. This study aims to describe learning management in the Al-Inaroh Bondowoso Qur'an Education Park. This research uses qualitative or field. The results obtained related to learning management at TPQ Al-Inaroh are: Has six elements of management including: People, Money, Materials, Machines, Methods, Markets. The management of TPQ Al-Inaroh Bondowoso in solving illiteracy and developing the creativity of reading the Quran there are four including: 1) careful planning in achieving the Vision and Mission, 2) organizing the distribution of teaching schedules, developing human resources, determining lesson schedules, 3) carrying out greetings, prayers, taking turns forward or discussing, closing prayers, greetings according to the level from kindergarten to above, 4) assessment of achievement books, increase in volume, pre-IMTAS, IMTAS and at the end there will be a graduation and graduation test in general with the community using the Qiraati method.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the process of mosque management in the development of Islamic da'wah for the people of Malang Regency, as well as knowing about the challenges faced in the future. This research methodology uses qualitative or field research methods. The results obtained include: management of Al-Munir Mosque based on management functions, namely: Planning prepared by the Mosque and congregation management board in the form of da'wah activities that will be carried out over the next year, through deliberations planned matters that are the focus of Islamic da'wah activities at Al-Munir Mosque Malang. Organizing facilitates the distribution of members in holding duties, responsibilities. The implementation of Islamic da'wah activities in the mosque runs regularly and well. While the development of Islamic da'wah is in the form of recitation such as, routine recitation twice a week on Monday night and Thursday night, mosque youth recitation once a month, taklim assembly recitation after every shubuh, and recitation in Ramadan. The challenge is to invite as many people as possible to participate in existing activities so that the management also uses modern things, namely technology in order to make it easier for the people of Malang Regency to know

Abstract

A godly child is one who devotes himself to one's parents and an ungodly son is a disobedient child to one's parents. Parental guidance and direction until it becomes successful if it is done well. One of them is related to mothers, because mothers are the main conscience of children's education so that management is important for a mother. The research method used is a library with a descriptive type. The result is that the hadith mentions Mother three times (3X) than father is hinting at the importance of mother. Where a mother struggles from the time of pregnancy to adulthood. For example, related to breast milk which is very important than formulas and others where everything is in the hands of a strong mother. Therefore, management for a mother is important by paying attention to the hadith of the Messenger of Allah. The management is divided into three, namely planning, organizing and also implementing. However, in this management, a mother also needs communication with her husband or father of her child so that the management is carried out properly, especially if the mother works, of course, it takes more time in educating children but still doing their job.
