Abstract

Perkembangan dan modernisasi sektor pertanian di Indonesia belum mengalami peningkatan pesat. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya inovasi teknologi yang dapat membantu manusia dalam proses penanaman padi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah alat penanam padi dengan sistem transplanter dua jalur yang dapat dikendalikan dari jarak jauh berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) dengan memanfaatkan ESP32 Cam sebagai mikrokontroler dan dilengkapi dengan modul kamera OV2640 untuk monitoring proses penanamam yang dapat diakses menggunakan laptop atau smartphone. Hasil pengujian terhadap fungsi alat telah dilaksanakan, alat dapat beroperasi dengan baik dalam proses penanaman padi dimana alat dapat memindahkan bibit padi dari tray dan kemudian menancapkannya ke dalam lumpur dengan tingkat keberhasilan 95%. pPngujian terhadap jarak kendali maksimum menggunakan jaringan WiFi yaitu pada jarak 24 meter masih berfungsi dengan baik dan melemah mulai pada jarak 25 meter. Selanjutnya modul kamera dapat tetap melakukan streaming dengan baik ke perangkat smartphone yaitu sampai pada jarak 14 meter, dimana terjadi delay mulai pada jarak 15 meter dan video berhenti pada jarak 18 meter.

Abstract

The role of forests is very important in protecting animal habitats, water sources and oxygen sources for humans. Forest fires often occur in the dry season and are very dangerous if not detected early because they can affect the ecosystem around the forest. One of the protected forests in the Malang area is Raden Soerdjo Forest Park. To protect the Raden Soerdjo Forest Park from fires, temperature and air quality monitoring tools are needed as parameters for the tendency for forest fires to occur in the Raden Soerdjo Forest Park. The system designed uses ESP32 as a system processor and several sensors to support fire detection such as fire sensors, CO2 sensors (MQ 135) and DHT11 to determine the temperature and humidity conditions of the area being monitored. Using Node-RED as an IoT (Internet of Thing) device makes it easier for officers to monitor the temperature and air quality of the monitored area and provide early warning in the form of information via telegram if a fire occurs in the monitored area.

Abstract

Swiftlet farming is one of the promising cultivation efforts for breeders because it can generate multiple and sustainable profits. Large profits will have an impact on the economy of the community, especially swiftlet breeders. The use of technology to provide ideal conditions for swiftlet farming will greatly affect the quality of the swiftlet nests. The use of technology in providing an ideal environment for swiftlet cages cannot be separated from a system that is designed and reliable in extreme conditions. Raspberry Pi Pico which has an ARM Cortex processor is one solution to the technology used. The implementation of Raspberry Pi Pico into a PLC is one alternative in the development of technology in swiftlet farming. The Raspberry Pi Pico PLC was chosen because it is cheap and has been proven to be reliable in the industrial world. Control of the swiftlet farming room with a room temperature of 25 - 27 ℃ and humidity of 80 - 90%. The LM35 sensor with ladder programming using raspberry pi pico compared to sensors on the market, namely the HTC-1 digital thermometer, has an error of 2.02%, and testing of the soil moisture sensor which has been tested with an error of 1.31%. HMI wientek can display temperature and humidity well and has industrial standard reliability that can be used nonstop 24 hours. The use of raspberry pi pico as a PLC has many advantages and is easy to use because it can use the Mitsubishi PLC program, namely GX Work2.

Abstract

PT Sky Line Jaya is a company engaged in modern manufacturing that will use modern technology in the production process. One of the technologies used is the use of CNC router machines. Continuous use of CNC router machines has a weakness in spindle bearings that are easily damaged. The spindle bearing vibration monitoring system of CNC router machines is needed to predict spindle bearing damage so that production defects can be avoided. The higher the bearing vibration, the CNC router machine cannot work optimally. The higher the bearing vibration frequency, the more it can be assumed that the bearing is damaged. The permissible bearing vibration frequency is below 60 Hz, above that frequency it is considered damaged. The Hansford HS-420 vibration sensor with ladder programming using PLC Outseal has an error of 1.3% so it has good accuracy for use in vibration monitoring systems on CNC router machines at PT Sky Line Jaya. Haiwell Cloud SCADA can display the vibration of the CNC router machine spindle bearing well and has industry standard reliability that can be used non-stop 24 hours at PT Sky Line Jaya.
