Abstract

Bank SulutGo is the Regional Bank of North Sulawesi which has a veryinfluential impact on the sustainability of the economy in North Sulawesi especially inthe Government and Institutional or Community institutions of Bank SulutGo’ svision is Tobecome a Professional banking services company and grow in a healthy way;Transformational leadership is the Process by which people engage with others, andcreate relationships that enhance motivation and morality in leaders, and followers. this typeof leader has an interest in the needs and motivation and morality of followers, and tries tohelp followers achieve their best potential.Collection data is done by spreading the research instrument, the questionnaire thatContains questions to measure transformational leadership and employee performance. theCollected Data Is Further Processed By Using Simple Linear Regression Analysis Based onthe formulation of the problem, the purpose of this study is “ to know the effect oftransformational leadership on employee performance on the Bank Sulut Go KawangkoanBranch “Results of data processing show that there is a significant positive effect given byTransformational Leadership on Employee Performance PT. Bank Sulut Go KawangkowanBranch. Thus the higher the Transformational Leadership of PT Bank Sulut GoKawangkowan Branch hence the higher Level of Employee Performance in the company.Statistically Proved that Transformational Leadership Positively influence on EmployeePerformance so that hypothesis accepted.From the results of this study indicates Transformational Leadership is neededsomeone to stimulate employee to work better and make employee as the most valuableasset in the company. For employee, having a leader who is able to transform in leadershipleads employee to be motivated and keans to work well for rhe company’s progress. thisshows the hypothesis of Transformational Leadership on Employee Performance is PositiveKeywords: Transformational Leadership, Employee Performance.

Abstract

The continuity of the organization or company is determined by the existinghuman resources, both quality and quantity. Each organization has differentobjectives and in the implementation is done by employees. Employees are thereforea major factor in corporate activities. Each organization will basically have differentpolicies on the human resources it has to achieve employee productivity. In theachievement that affects the productivity of employees there are many factors thataffect work productivity, among others, is the existence of job satisfaction. With asense of satisfaction in working the employee will show a good personal in thecompany, a positive performance that satisfies the company and arises willingness towork high level of work productivity for the interests of the company, and facilitatethe achievement of corporate goals. Job satisfaction is an evaluation that describes aperson for feeling his attitude, happy or not happy, satisfied or not satisfied in workThe purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employeeproductivity at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Area Manado. Job Satisfaction ismeasured through five indicators, namely Jobs, rewards, supervision of superiors,co-workers, and promotional opportunities. This research is a quantitative researchby using simple linear regression approach. Data collection techniques were done bydistributing questionnaires filled by 39 respondents and analyzed using simpleregression analysis and using test t test hypothesis. From the results of simple linearregression analysis of job satisfaction variables affect the productivity of employeesof PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Area Manado. And result of hypothesis test showthat job satisfaction variable simultaneously have a significant effect to workproductivity of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Area Manado. Based on the resultsof this study, the company can continue to facilitate employees in improving jobsatisfaction so that employee productivity can be achieved..Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Work Productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of knowledge management on employee performance at (Bank Mayapada main branch of Mega Mas) in Manado City. Samples are employees of May Mayada KCU Mega Mas Manado as many as 50 people drawn from 50 people from the total population of employees. Data collection techniques in this study are interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis technique used in this research is simple linear regression. The results show that knowledge management has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. implementation of knowledge management has a strong and significant relationship with employee performance. In general, Knowledge Management gives a positive influence on the performance of Bank Mayapada employees of KCU Mega Mas Manado, it is suggested that the company pay more attention to Knowledge Management program to get the result that is the improvement of employee performance as a result of the improvement of employee performance of Bank Mayapada Mega Mas Manado.Keywords: Knowledge Sharing, Employee Performance
