Abstract

Usaha Mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM) Kota Sukabumi merupakan pelaku usaha disekitar daerah kota Sukabumi. UMKM Kota Sukabumi masih belum optimal dalam penggunaan digital marketing, inovasi produk dan modal usaha. Hal itu menyebabkan berkurangnya pemasaran dari UMKM itu sendiri sehingga menyebabkan pendapatan menjadi menurun. Penggunaan strategi marketing, inovasi produk dan modal usaha menjadi peranan penting untuk pelaku UMKM. Dalam penelitian ini, menganalisis seberapa pengaruh dari strategi marketing, inovasi produk dan modal usaha terhadap pendapatan pada usaha UMKM Kota Sukabumi. Dalam penelitian ini, menggunakan metode regresi linier sederhana dan menggunakan  aplikasi SPSS versi 23.0 untuk pengolahan data. Hasil menunjukan variable digital marketing, inovasi dan modal usaha berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat sebanyak 82% berdasarkan nilai koefisien determinasi, sisanya 18% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya. Selanjutnya variabel X1, X2 dan X3 berpengaruh positif terhadap variabel Y.Sukabumi City Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are business actors around the Sukabumi city area. Sukabumi City MSMEs are still not optimal in the use of digital marketing, product innovation and business capital. This causes a reduction in marketing from MSMEs themselves, causing income to decrease. The use of marketing strategies, product innovation and business capital is an important role for MSME players. In this research, we analyze the influence of marketing strategy, product innovation and business capital on income in MSME businesses in Sukabumi City. In this research, a simple linear regression method was used and the SPSS version 23.0 application was used for data processing. The results show that the variables digital marketing, innovation and business capital have a significant influence on interest by 82% based on the coefficient of determination value, the remaining 18% is influenced by other variables. Furthermore, variables X1, X2 and X3 have a positive effect on variable Y.

Abstract

Di era perubahan cepat, peningkatan kualitas pelayanan pendidikan kesehatan, promosi program, dan pemahaman biaya pendidikan berperan besar dalam memotivasi individu untuk melanjutkan pendidikan di bidang kesehatan. Faktor-faktor ini saling terkait dan memengaruhi keputusan siswa dan calon mahasiswa dalam melanjutkan pendidikan mereka. Memahami kompleksitas hubungan antara ketiga faktor ini dapat membantu lembaga pendidikan kesehatan dalam merancang strategi yang lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan minat dan partisipasi dalam pendidikan kesehatan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menjadi penting dalam merumuskan solusi yang relevan dan berkelanjutan dalam pengembangan pendidikan kesehatan. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan di STIKES Kota Sukabumi dengan mengolah informasi atau data dari hasil penyebaran kuisioner yang dilakukan pada 104 mahasiswa baru. Terdapat 22 indikator pertanyaan yang dijadikan referensi untuk pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS. Hasilnya dari variabel independen dan dependen yang diuji memenuhi standar reliabel dengan nilai 0,714 untuk variabel kualitas pelayanan, 0,698 untuk variabel promosi, 0,732 untuk variabel biaya dan 0,778 untuk variabel minat, sementara hasil dari uji validitas untuk 22 indikator pertanyaan yang diajukan semua indikator dinyatakan valid karena Rhitungnya lebih besar dari Rtabel yaitu: 0,192. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan masing-masing variabel tersebut, diketahui bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan, promosi dan biaya sama-sama berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap variabel minat.In an era of rapid change, improving the quality of health education services, program promotion, and understanding the costs of education play a major role in motivating individuals to continue their education in the health sector. These factors are interrelated and influence students' and prospective students' decisions in continuing their education. Understanding the complexity of the relationship between these three factors can help health education institutions design more effective strategies to increase interest and participation in health education. Thus, this research is important in formulating relevant and sustainable solutions in the development of health education. This research will be carried out at STIKES Sukabumi City by processing information or data from the results of distributing questionnaires to 104 new students. There are 22 question indicators which are used as references for data processing using SPSS. The results of the independent and dependent variables tested met reliable standards with a value of 0.714 for the service quality variable, 0.698 for the promotion variable, 0.732 for the cost variable and 0.778 for the interest variable, while the results of the validity test for the 22 question indicators asked were all declared valid because The Rcount is greater than the Rtable, namely: 0.192. Based on the calculation results for each of these variables, it is known that the variables of service quality, promotion and costs both simultaneously influence the variables of interest.

Abstract

This research aims to study new and creative educational management practices in facing the challenges of the digital era, with a focus on secondary Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach at selected Daruddwah Islamic boarding schools. Data was collected through interviews with informants, observations at research location, and analysis of related documents. The research results show that the use of technology in Islamic boarding school management not only makes administrative work more efficient, but also improves the quality of learning. The innovations found include the use of digital learning management systems, the application of mixed learning methods, and increasing teachers' abilities in using technology. However, the research also found challenges, such as limited access to technology and differences in the level of digital readiness between teachers and students. This research provides understanding of how Islamic boarding schools can change management practices to exploit the potential of education in the digital era, and provide recommendations for educational policy and teacher professional development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the implementation of digital governance in modern organisations, focusing on identifying the challenges faced and the strategic solutions that can be applied. Digital governance is an important aspect in supporting organisational transformation towards efficiency, transparency, and accountability based on information technology. However, its implementation is not without various obstacles, such as infrastructure constraints, human resource readiness, cyber security, and suboptimal regulations. Through literature review and comprehensive analysis, this study outlines these challenges and formulates strengthening strategies that include technology investment, human resource capacity building, security policies, regulatory collaboration, and technological innovations such as artificial intelligence and big data. The results of this study are expected to provide theoretical contributions as well as practical recommendations for organisations seeking to implement effective and sustainable digital governance.
