Abstract

Riset ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuiI menganalisis korelasi antara School Well Being dengan motivasi belajar pada Pembelajaran Agama Kristen di Sekolah Menengah Atas Sudirman Kupang. riset ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Karena dengan pendekatan ini dapat menganalisis korelasi antara school well dengan Motivasi Belajar Siswa pada mata pelajaran Agama Kristen, sekaligus menilai tingkat School Well being dan Motivasi Belajar Siswa. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan wawancara. Analisis data melibatkan teknik kuantitatif, termasuk analisis regresi linear sederhana, uji t, dan analisis koefisien determinasi. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan adanya korelasi positif antara variabel "School Well Being" dan motivasi belajar siswa. Analisis regresi linear sederhana digunakan untuk menghubungkan variabel School Well being dengan Motivasi Belajar Siswa. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kedua variabel tersebut. Koefisien regresi (b) sebesar 0,282 dengan tingkat signifikansi p < 0,05, sebagaimana terbukti dari uji t. Selain itu, koefisien determinasi (R^2) sebesar 0,149 mengindikasikan bahwa sekitar 14,9% variasi dalam Motivasi Belajar Siswa dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel Kesejahteraan Sekolah. Temuan ini menegaskan peran penting School Well being dalam mempengaruhi motivasi belajar siswa. Dengan temuan ini, hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima, sementara hipotesis nol (Ho) ditolak. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya School Well being dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa

Abstract

An unavoidable reality during the learning process is the variation in abilities, learning styles, motivations, and levels of student engagement in elementary schools. This is a difference in the way elementary school students learn. This situation requires teachers to be able to adapt learning strategies flexibly, effectively, and meaningfully. The purpose of this study is to analyze how teachers adapt learning strategies to the variation in student responses in elementary schools. Specifically through learning methods, adjustments to learning media, differentiated learning, and the role of Catholic Religious Education teachers in strengthening and guiding students. The method used is a descriptive method with a literature study approach that includes data collection and analysis of various journals, scientific articles, and books relevant to this research topic. The study’s findings indicate that the application of a variety of learning methods, the adaptation of various learning media, and the application of differentiated learning can increase student motivation, participation, and varying levels of understanding, depending on their learning characteristics. Furthermore, Christian Religious Education teachers play a crucial role not only in the cognitive aspect but also in fostering faith, character, and other Christian values. Therefore, adapting learning strategies by teachers is crucial in supporting the overall development of elementary school students and creating a student-centered learning environment.
