Abstract

Remotely operated vehicle (ROV) adalah instrumen berupa wahana selam berukuran mini. ROV biasadigunakan untuk eksplorasi objek bawah laut seperti pemotretan bawah air, operasi militer, perbaikan jalur pipabawah laut dan lain-lain. Karena ukurannya yang relatif kecil dan berat rangka ringan, ROV ini umumnya lebihrentan terhadap gangguan. Dengan demikian, mengkontrol keseimbangan dengan posisi stabil di depan obyekyang menarik dapat menjadi tugas yang menantang untuk pilot ROV.Pada penelitian ini, untuk mengkontrol keseimbangan ROV digunakan sebuah metode PID (ProporsionalIntergral dan Derivatif). Metode PID adalah salah satu metode pengontrolan yang mengolah suatu sinyalkesalahan atau error, nilai error tersebut diolah dengan formula PID untuk dijadikan suatu sinyal kendali atausinyal kontrol yang akan diteruskan ke aktuator.Implemtasi kontrol keseimbangan (hovering) pada ROV dengan metode PID yang optimal dari pengujiantrial and error didapat nilai konstanta Kp=1.00, Ki=0.7, dan Kd=0.05. Dari hasil pengujian didapat hasilhovering yang maksimal pada saat ROV diberi gangguan sebesar 32o, ROV dapat kembali hovering dalam 49iterasi atau 4.9 detik.

Abstract

Library is one of the most important pillars to improve the quality of Indonesia’s education. Due to its importance for the next generation, the government tries to increase the establishment of schools and libraries so that the young generation can compete with people from another countries. However, the increasing number of libraries did not mean that the library service quality will become better. Many library systems in Indonesia still have not kept up with technology and still using the manual system, hence the management process and services are not effective. Because of that, this research is created for the purpose of producing a design for a library management application. The methods used in this research is split into multiple steps which is system planning, class diagram planning, MySQL database planning, and GUI planning. The following processes will produce a library management desktop application that is integrated to a database. With this application, processing, documenting, and deliverance of data can be done in more effective and efficient way.

Abstract

Most trainer module equipped a system error simulator (Fault Simulator), to activate the fault simulator the instructor must press a button that will bring up a certain type of fault that the trainer wants to simulate, then students will analyze the source of the error and fix it. The weakness of this trainer is that teachers must press a button on the trainer when they want to change the fault simulator in front of students so that participants will know which type of fault simulator is being run without troubleshooting. If this happens, the teaching objectives are not achieved so that the teaching process using this trainer becomes less effective. To overcome this problem, a remote-control prototype for trainers was designed consisting of an infrared (IR) based transmitter and receiver. To facilitate integration of the fault simulator module, the IR Transmitter and IR Receiver will communicate serially. From the tests carried out, it can be concluded that the designed remote-control prototype for trainers is functioning properly. IR transmitter and IR receiver can communicate serially using infrared media. This remote-control prototype has an optimal distance in the range of 0-5 m.

Abstract

Technology has become an integral part of modern life. Especially in marketing, technologies such as social robots and chatbots are often used to provide information about companies, products, and services to users. These chatbots are built using the Successive Approximation Model (SAM) with PHP and JavaScript programming languages, and use PhpMyAdmin as a means of database management. This research aims to determine user responses and the influence of variables on compatibility, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, behavioral intention, and actual use of the VA XYZ chatbot using the TAM approach. This study uses an experimental method with 180 respondents. The results of the analysis show that compatibility affects perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, perceived ease of use affects perceived usefulness and behavioral intention, perceived usefulness does not significantly affect behavioral intention, and behavioral intention does not significantly affect actual use.

Abstract

With the development of IoT, security systems can now be accessed and tracked with a smartphone. One of the security system that can be used is RFID. RFID uses radio waves to read data from a microchip as identity. RFID systems work on electronic principles so they are more difficult to open than key systems. The key system is universal type so with one key can open the same door lock system. To prevent the possibility of keys being duplicated, a security system is needed that is more difficult to open and sends notifications to the owner if an attempt is made to access the door. By utilizing the RFID system and using telegram as a notification system, an RFID security system was designed which was equipped with a telegram notification system.

Abstract

The rapid growth in the number of vehicles has intensified challenges in parking management, leading to traffic congestion and wasted time for drivers searching for available spots. Conventional parking systems, which often rely on manual processes, are inefficient and contribute to these problems. This research addresses these issues by designing and developing an Internet of Things (IoT) based smart parking system to provide real-time monitoring of parking availability. The system utilizes an ESP32 microcontroller, chosen for its integrated Wi-Fi and processing capabilities, as the core processing unit. For vehicle and user management, an RFID-RC522 sensor is used for vehicle entry authentication , while an HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor detects vehicles at the exit. The backend architecture employs a multi-layered approach, using MQTT as the communication protocol with HiveMQ as the broker. System logic and data flows are managed using Node-RED, which communicates with a Flask server to interact with the database. The user interface is a mobile application developed using Android Studio. This application requires user authentication via a login page and provides a real-time dashboard that visually displays the status of parking slots—green for available and red for occupied. The successful implementation of this prototype demonstrates a functional end-to-end solution that effectively integrates hardware and software to create a more efficient and user-friendly parking management system.

Abstract

This paper presents the design of an Internet of Things (IoT)-based organic waste processing device to produce methane gas and compost. The system uses a large sealed plastic container fitted with a biogas nanometer gauge on the lid and an ESP32 microcontroller for data acquisition. A capacitive soil moisture sensor measures the moisture of decomposed organic material, while an MQ-4 gas sensor monitors methane concentration inside a separate 5-liter plastic storage tank. Organic waste is fermented naturally, and gas is transferred manually through establishing valves while the pressure reaches a described threshold. All sensor information are dispatched to the Blynk cellular software for real-time tracking and visualization. This low-price answer gives a realistic technique to changing family natural waste into renewable power and natural fertilizer.

Abstract

Internet users currently face significant risks from malicious URLs that facilitate phishing attacks, malware distribution, and data theft. Traditional blacklisting methods have become ineffective against evolving cyberattack techniques. This study proposes a Random Forest classification approach for more accurate malicious URL detection, focusing on critical URL features including URL length, presence of special keywords, subdomain structure, and special character usage. these features train the Random Forest model to distinguish between safe and malicious URLs. We evaluate model effectiveness using accuracy, precision, and recall metrics. This research aims to develop a Random Forest-based malicious URL detection system that is more accurate and adaptive than conventional methods. The study examines both the advantages and limitations of this approach, along with its potential as a reliable detection solution for dynamic digital environments. Evaluation results demonstrate an overall accuracy of 94%, weighted average F1-score of 0.94, and macro average F1-score of 0.94.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence/AI) dan pemrosesan bahasa alami (Natural Language Processing/NLP) mendorong Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memanfaatkan solusi digital untuk meningkatkan layanan informasi produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan chatbot berbasis NLP yang didukung Large Language Model (LLaMA 2) guna membantu UMKM, khususnya di sektor penjualan sneakers, dalam menyediakan informasi produk secara otomatis, cepat, dan akurat. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan eksperimen terapan dan studi kasus pada UMKM Sneakers Daily. Sistem chatbot dikembangkan melalui tahapan pengolahan data, preprocessing teks, integrasi model LLaMA 2, serta implementasi pada antarmuka web. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan 30 pertanyaan uji yang dieksekusi 150 kali dengan metrik BLEU, ROUGE, dan BERTScore. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan kinerja model yang baik dengan nilai BERTScore F1 sebesar 0,648, ROUGE-1 sebesar 0,525, dan ROUGE-L sebesar 0,478. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa LLaMA 2 mampu menghasilkan respons chatbot yang relevan, meskipun akurasi menurun pada pertanyaan teknis dan istilah produk khusus. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan fine-tuning menggunakan dataset domain UMKM serta penerapan Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) untuk meningkatkan relevansi jawaban. Secara keseluruhan, chatbot berbasis LLaMA 2 efektif mendukung layanan informasi produk UMKM dan meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna.
