Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Rapid Response Unit (URC) Program in Road Maintenance by the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Sumedang Regency. The research method used in this research is qualitative research. Determination of research informants, namely Social Situation Techniques. With the Head of Highways, Head of the Road and Community Reservation Section. Data collection techniques used, namely library research, and field studies consisting of observations, interviews, and documentation. While the data processing procedures in this study, namely data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing/verification, triangulation. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the Rapid Reaction Unit Program (URC) at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Sumedang Regency had not yet fully run well, although in terms of size and policy objectives were clear, the size and objectives of the policy had not been implemented optimally due to lack of socialization to the community so that there are still many people who are negligent by littering so that it can cause water to evaporate and flood to the streets which will damage the roads. Human resources are still low, the available budget is limited, facilities/infrastructure are still lacking.The inhibiting factors in the Implementation of the Rapid Response Unit Program (URC) at the Sumedang Regency Public Works and Spatial Planning Service include: The distribution of information dissemination has not been disseminated evenly, the weather is sometimes unsupportive because if the weather is rainy the implementation of this program cannot be carried out, even if it is forced, the results will not be maximal and the road endurance will not be long. Facilities and infrastructure are still lacking.

Abstract

Utilization of information technology used in providing public services to the community, especially in food security using the internet through information networks. By utilizing this ICT, it can be used to analyze the condition of food in each region, help the public find out information about food security, and be used to manage the distribution of food products and display market information. This study aims to determine how the use of information technology in improving regional food security in the Department of Fisheries and Livestock, Sumedang Regency. This research was conducted using qualitative methods. Data collection techniques were carried out through library research and field studies which included: observation, interviews, documentation studies, and triangulation. Determination of samples/informants in this study was carried out using purposive sampling as many as 4 people. While the data processing procedures used data analysis model Miles and Huberman. The final result of this study concludes that the use of information technology in improving regional food security has been implemented well but not yet optimal. This can be seen from several things, namely the lack of maximum facilities and infrastructure provided to employees, no special application that regulates food, lack of knowledge and ability of employees in using ICT, limited social media accounts owned by the office in providing information about food to the public.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the implementation of supervision of integrity zones in public services in Sumedang Regency, management effectiveness, and monitoring strategies applied to improve management effectiveness. The method used in preparing this research report is a qualitative research method with a descriptive type. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with research informants: Regional Government Affairs Supervisor (PPUPD) Young Expert Inspectorate of Sumedang Regency, Head of Services and Licensing and Public Service Malls Investment Service and One-Stop Integrated Services (MPP) of Sumedang Regency, Division of Licensing and Reporting on National Unity and Politics (KESBANGPOL) of Sumedang Regency, and Radar Sumedang Journalist. Data collection techniques through library research and field studies. Based on the results of the research, it was concluded that the implementation of supervision had been carried out properly. The Sumedang Regency Inspectorate has carried out supervision of the Integrity Zone in accordance with the application of the implementation standards and supervision measurements set by the KemenPan-RB. Observations where there are deviations will be followed up into a draft strategy for evaluation of implementation, and the effectiveness of the implementation of supervision can be measured through output, outcome and impact performance. The success of the implementation of supervision is influenced by the program design that has been determined by the Inspectorate in building the Integrity Zone which is compiled in the Annual Supervision Work Program (PKPT). Factors supporting and inhibiting the implementation of the actor's role in oversight of the Integrity Zone in Public Services are supported by the involvement of ASN through monitoring supervision which is attended by supervisory working groups in each Regional Apparatus Organization and the Regional Apparatus Work Unit concerned.
