The aim of this study is to find out the implementation of Law number 16 of 2017 on community organizations conducted of Sumedang Regency. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques are carried out through library research and field studies which include: observation, interviews, documentation study, and triangulation. Determination of sample/ informants in this study was carried out using purposive sampling and further analysis of data model by Miles and Huberman, namely: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of this study are the finding of factors that support the implementation of the law number 16 of 2017 on community organizations to increase awareness of social organization of their obligations. In implementing the law it can be concluded thatKesatuan Bangsa dan Politik office of Sumedang Regency has done it well, but there are several obstacles, namely the lack of supporting resources in carrying out socialization, lack of understanding in the use of technology, and lack of understanding of community organizations regarding statutory policies regarding mass organizations and there is no written sanction for community organizations that do not give reports. The efforts to overcome these obstacles are increasing support resources, conducting socialization during surveys, and applying social sanctions.

Utilization of information technology used in providing public services to the community, especially in food security using the internet through information networks. By utilizing this ICT, it can be used to analyze the condition of food in each region, help the public find out information about food security, and be used to manage the distribution of food products and display market information. This study aims to determine how the use of information technology in improving regional food security in the Department of Fisheries and Livestock, Sumedang Regency. This research was conducted using qualitative methods. Data collection techniques were carried out through library research and field studies which included: observation, interviews, documentation studies, and triangulation. Determination of samples/informants in this study was carried out using purposive sampling as many as 4 people. While the data processing procedures used data analysis model Miles and Huberman. The final result of this study concludes that the use of information technology in improving regional food security has been implemented well but not yet optimal. This can be seen from several things, namely the lack of maximum facilities and infrastructure provided to employees, no special application that regulates food, lack of knowledge and ability of employees in using ICT, limited social media accounts owned by the office in providing information about food to the public.

The purpose of research research conducted is to inform the Implementation of Undang-Undang Number 14 of 2008 concerning the Disclosure of Punlik Information in the Sumedang District General Selection Commission. This Research Method uses qualitative methods. The sampling technique used is side purposive. with the information of Research: General functional technical organizers of elections, participation and humas, Chairman of the socialization division, education of voters, public participation, and human resources, Public functionalities of law and SDM, Technical case of the organizers of elections, participation and humas, Kasubag planning, data and info. As for technical data collections conducted, library studies and field studies consisting of observations, interviews, and documentation while data processing procedures in in inin research, namely data reduction, data display, withdrawal of verification conclusions, and triangulations. Market Research Results, can research research suggests that Implementation of Undang-Undang Number 14 Year 2008 About Public Information Disclosure in the Sumedang District General Selection Commission has been running at a maximum, shown from the Implementation of Public Information Disclosure of Public Information Discuss two ways that are directly and through the online media. The barriers in the Implementation of the Decree Policy No. 14 of 2008 About the Public Information Disclosure in the Sumedang District General Selection Commission has been quite top with the regulation of the Indonesian KPU, there is a lack of human resources in the General Selection Commission. As well as the Trust conducted the General Selection Commission against the Implementation of the Decree Policy No. 14 of 2008 concerning Public Information Disclosure in the Sumedang District General Selection Commission on the efforts of the lack of human resources by holding a picket schedule.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui inisiatif “Pasang Sangkur” dalam upaya penanganan stunting di Kecamatan Rancakalong, Kabupaten Sumedang. Program ini merupakan inovasi Pemerintah Kabupaten Sumedang yang menekankan kolaborasi antara pemerintah dan masyarakat guna memperkuat kemandirian lokal, khususnya dalam menghadapi permasalahan stunting. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dokumentasi, dan triangulasi. Informan ditentukan secara purposive yang mencakup aparatur kecamatan, kepala desa, dan masyarakat penerima manfaat. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program “Pasang Sangkur” cukup efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan partisipasi masyarakat terhadap isu stunting melalui berbagai kegiatan seperti pelatihan, pemberian bantuan stimulan, serta pemanfaatan pekarangan rumah untuk ketahanan pangan. Namun demikian, pelaksanaan program masih menghadapi beberapa hambatan, antara lain rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat, distribusi bantuan yang belum merata, keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana, serta kurangnya pelatihan. Pemerintah berupaya mengatasi hambatan tersebut melalui pendekatan door to door, sosialisasi aktif, dan komunikasi berbasis empati. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pentingnya sosialisasi yang konsisten, distribusi bantuan yang adil, dan peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat secara berkelanjutan untuk memperkuat keberhasilan program dalam menurunkan angka stunting.

The aim of this research is to determine the quality of health insurance services through the SIPAJAKDADI website (on-site payment health insurance service information system) in the Sumedang district social service. The method used in this research is qualitative method. Determining informants in this research used purposive sampling. There were 3 informants, namely the field secretary, field staff, and operators from SIPAJAKDADI. Data collection techniques were carried out through literature studies and field studies consisting of observation, in-depth interviews, documentation and triangulation. Data processing procedures are: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification.The results of the research show that health insurance services through sipajakdadi in the Sumedang district social service have been implemented quite well, this is because there are obstacles in the implementation facilities such as computers and networks, where there are still several villages in Sumedang district where the internet network cannot be fully reached and there are also some have inadequate computers. Efforts made to overcome the above obstacles are by expanding the internet network throughout the Sumedang district and upgrading computers to newer ones. In connection with the above conclusions, the researcher provides suggestions for the Sumedang Regency Social Service to improve internet network infrastructure in each village, including the application of the latest technology to ensure stabel and even connectivity throughout the Sumedang Regency village area. Improve and expand computer facilities in each village taking into account specific needs and ensuring wider access to technology.
