Abstract

Heart disease is still the leading cause of death. In this study, we tried to test several factors that can identify patients with heart disease using 3 classification algorithms: Naive Bayes, K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN), and Support Vector Machine (SVM).  The purpose of this study is to find out which algorithm can produce the highest accuracy in classifying, analyzing, and obtaining confusion matrix values along with the accuracy of predicting heart disease based on several factors or other comorbidities that the patient has, ranging from BMI to the patient's skin cancer status.  From the results of trials conducted by the SVM algorithm, it has the highest accuracy value, which is 92% while the Naive Bayes algorithm is the lowest with an accuracy value of 88%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of learning media business simulation educational game "Trade War" on students' interest and understanding of business at SD Kristen Rehoboth Elementary School. Schools generally only use learning media in the form of books and teacher explanations which only aim to ensure students pass the written test so that student motivation and learning outcomes are low because they are just memorizing without understanding the material, while the business subject itself is difficult to understand only through books. Business simulation educational games allow students to interact directly with the business environment and understand the subject matter to be able to apply it in the real world. This study uses research and development methods with the ADDIE model which consists of five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Research data was collected by distributing validation questionnaire sheets to four validators to give validation values on material aspects and media aspects and distributing response questionnaires to 30 students to assess the validity of aspects of the benefits of learning media on students' business interests and understanding. The results of the study show that the learning media for the business simulation educational game "Trade Wars" for fourth grade elementary school students is quite valid from the aspects of material, media, and benefits for students.

Abstract

The importance of the academic service administration system in supporting the academic service process and data management, makes it a vital system that must be avoided from risks that can hinder and affect technology-based systems. Data processing and academic services in Higher Education must be carried out optimally and integrated, because it is very necessary to realize quality services. To minimize the impact of risk, the authors make policies regarding risk management including managing risk profiles. To find out the achievement of information technology risk management implementation, the authors evaluate using the COBIT 5 framework in the APO12 (Manage Risk) process domain. Based on the results of the evaluation of the data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires, interviews and observations, it was found that the capability level and APO12 domain values ??were at level 1. thus resulting in a gap of 2 levels. The process of evaluating the application of information technology risk management in the system using the COBIT 5 framework, especially the APO12 (Manage Risk) process domain, obtained a level 2 capability level, namely performed process, which means that every process implemented has achieved the specified goals.

Abstract

Di era teknologi ini seluruh pusat informasi terpusat pada sistem informasi baik dalam bentuk website, aplikasi, atau bentuk sistem informasi lainnya. Banyak pengembang sistem informasi yang berlomba-lomba menciptakan aplikasi yang dapat memecahkan masalah dan memberikan kemudahan bagi masyarakat untuk melakukan segala aktivitasnya. Banyaknya masyarakat yang kesulitan dalam mencari informasi diskon secara terpusat, maka dari itu perlu dikembangkan aplikasi yang dapat menghimpun informasi diskon dalam berbagai kategori sehingga memudahkan para calon pelanggan untuk mencari kebutuhannya. Salah satu pendekatan yang dapat membantu pengembangan aplikasi ini adalah dengan metode design thinking. Design thinking merupakan sebuah pola pemikiran seperti desainer yang menggunakan pendekatan human oriented dalam pemecahan masalahnya. Pada metode design thinking ini akan dilakukan pengembangan ide secara terstruktur dengan melibatkan langsung pihak yang akan berhadapan atau bersinggungan dengan permasalahan. Melalui analisis terhadap respon calon pengguna akan dihasilkan suatu perancangan fitur yang nantinya akan diimplementasikan ke dalam UI/UX aplikasi yang akan dibuat.

Abstract

Sering dijumpai permasalahan perawatan hewan dikalangan masyarakat seperti kurangnya pengetahuan dalam merawat hewan, kurangnya kepedulian terhadap hewan yang dipelihara, dan terbatasnya interaksi antara owner dengan dokter hewan yang biasanya diakibatkan karena jarak atau biaya yang dipatok. Sehingga dengan adanya permasalahan diatas, memelihara hewan dengan hambatan yang ada bisa menimbulkan penyakit baik dari hewan maupun dari pemilik hewannya. Dari permasalahan diatas, penulis menawarkan suatu solusi yang dapat meminimalisir permasalahan terhadap pemeliharaan dan perawatan hewan dengan dirancangnya suatu sistem informasi pemeliharan hewan berbasis website yang diberi nama Anabul Care. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Design Thinking yang meliputi tahap empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan testing. Setelah dilakukan tahap awal pada proses ini terdapat beberapa problem yang terjadi yaitu, Kurangnya informasi atau pengetahuan perihal perawatan hewan, Kesulitan menjangkau dokter hewan (baik dari segi dana maupun jarak), Terhambatnya penanganan hewan sakit dan terlantar disebabkan pandemi Covid-19, dan Kurang lengkapnya data riwayat penyakit dari hewan yang sakit dan terlantar. Dari tahapan yang dilakukan mulai dari empathize hingga usability testing, diperoleh data bahwa calon user masih merasa sedikit kebingungan dengan implementasi uji coba produk dari hasil prototype. Kemudian terdapat saran dari calon user bahwa penggunaan warna bisa lebih dimaksimalkan lagi serta perbaikan lainnya. Oleh karena itu, perancangan website ini diharapkan dapat berjalan sesuai kebutuhan dan keinginan para pengguna agar dapat bermanfaat dengan baik.

Abstract

Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP) menjadi bagian dari perangkat daerah yang bertugas untuk menegakan Peraturan Daerah dan menyelenggarakan ketertiban umum serta menjaga perlindungan di lingkungan masyarakat. Website baik digunakan sebuah interface yang praktis dan mudah dimengerti oleh user, dalam merancang sebuah interface yang baik tentunya tidak lepas dari sebuah perancangan UI/UX yang baik pula. Dalam perancangan desain UI prototype website Satpol PP untuk memberi solusi untuk merancang desain dengan user interface yang menarik, minimalis dan modern. Dalam perancangan ini software editing yang digunakan adalah Figma, dengan informasi dan fitur yang berisi Home/Beranda, dashboard, profil, agenda kerja (kalender kegiatan, penambahan tugas, laporan kegiatan). Dengan perancangan ini memiliki tujuan kepada user yang menggunakan dapat meningkatkan dan membantu kinerja, meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan serta kualitas sumber daya manusia yang pada akhirnya dapat mengoptimalkan kegiatan kerja dari Satpol PP dalam penegakan peraturan daerah di daerah setempat. Kesimpulan penelitian bahwa diperlukan Website Pusat Informasi yang dapat dijadikan suatu wadah agar para anggota dari Satpol PP dapat saling menerima dan menyampaikan informasi dengan lebih efisien, dilihat dari hasil data yang sudah dikumpulkan oleh pihak stakeholder dari Satpol PP Kota Cirebon.

Abstract

UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung, as a rapidly growing higher education institution, faces significant challenges in ensuring information security. This research aims to improve information security at UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung by applying the Information Security Index (KAMI). This method analyzes information security risks to identify potential threats, vulnerabilities, and possible impacts. The analysis revealed that security measures were already in place, but they also highlighted areas that require further attention. By achieving a final score of 415, signifying category II (Basic Framework Fulfillment), this research significantly contributed to understanding information security in higher education. Through the application of WE, this research not only provides a comprehensive overview of the status of information security at UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung but also opens up opportunities to identify and address potential threats more effectively. Thus, the results of this study have important implications for improving information security and protection in higher education institutions and can be a valuable guide for similar institutions in their efforts to mitigate information security risks.

Abstract

The design and deployment of a backend integration system for Rumah Jurnal at UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung addresses the increasing complexity of journal management systems across faculties. A centralized platform enhances accessibility and operational efficiency by consolidating multiple journal databases into a unified interface. Developed using ExpressJS, the system ensures reliable data synchronization and robust management through an API-driven architecture, security measures, and deployment on a Virtual Private Server (VPS) with Nginx and PM2. Testing demonstrates significant performance improvements, including faster response times and seamless user experiences, positioning the system as an effective solution for modernizing journal management.
