Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor fundamental terhadap return saham sub sektor perdagangan besar barang produksi yang tercatat di bursa efek indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 12 perusahaan sub sektor perdagangan besar barang produksi yang tercatat di bursa efek indonesia dari tahun 2009-2013. Variabel bebas yang diteliti adalah Price to Book Value (PBV), Debt to Equity Ratio (DERdan Return On Asset (ROA) sedangkan variabel terikat yang diteliti adalah returnsaham. Metode analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan data dianalisis dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 16.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel bebas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham, PBV berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap return saham, DER berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap return saham, ROA berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap return saham, PBV merupakan variabel yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap return saham.

Abstract

To analyze the effect of leadership style and compensation on the performance of employees of PT Bagong Sangatta. This research method is a quantitative research. The population is 80 employees of PT Bagong Sangatta. The sampling technique used simple random sampling and obtained a sample of 67 respondents. Then analyzed using SPSS 26 with multiple linear regression analysis method. Leadership style and compensation have a significant and significant effect on employee performance. Implications Can provide information and suggestions for companies in improving employee performance by paying attention to leadership style and compensation at PT Bagong Sangatta and as a basis for further research. Originality Research with this title for the first time at PT Bagong Sangatta. The type of research is Empirical study

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dalam menggunakan jasa Cleaning Service di kantor Bupati Kutai Timur. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari kuesioner (primer) dan beberapa wawancara langsung dengan konsumen atau pengguna jasa Cleaning Service di kantor Bupati Kutai Timur. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan menggunakan uji hipotesis, yaitu uji t. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh bentuk persamaan regresi sederhana Y = 5,186 + 0,166X. Nilai koefisien korelasi (r) adalah 0,431. Hal ini menunjukkan yang terdapat hubungan yang sedang antara kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, sedangkan nilai koefisien determinasi (R-Square) adalah sebesar 0,186 yang bermakna bahwa variabel kepuasan konsumen (X) memberikan pengaruh sebesar 18,6% terhadap kepuasan konsumen dalam menggunakan jasa cleaning service di kantor Bupati Kabupaten Kutai Timur. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 81,4% dipengaruhi variabel-variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan koefisien regresi signifikan karena ρ=0,000<0,05 (dengan tingkat signifikansi 5%). Serta t-hitung sebesar 3,763 lebih besar t-tabel 1,999, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak dengan kata lain terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan (X) terhadap kepuasan konsumen (Y) dalam menggunakan jasa cleaning service di kantor Bupati Kabupaten Kutai Timur.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of product quality and brand image on consumer buying interest in perfume products at the 69-collection Sangatta store. The population in this study were consumers of the 69-Collection Sangatta Perfume Shop, the authors used the simple incidental method while the number of samples taken using the Rao Purba formula was 43 respondents. Data was taken using a questionnaire which was measured using a Likert scale. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 26 program. The results of the partial study show that the product quality variable (X₁) has a significant effect on consumer buying interest, the brand image variable (X₂) has a significant effect on consumer buying interest, buying interest variable (Y) has a significant effect on product quality and brand image then simultaneously variable product quality and brand image have a significant effect on consumer buying interest at 69-Collection Sangatta Perfume Shop. The contribution of product quality and brand image variables to consumer buying interest at 69-Collection Sangatta Perfume Shop in this study was 76.6%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze electronic word of mouth on Shopee application users in Sangatta. The data in this study is a descriptive study. The population in this study were all Shopee application users in Sangatta, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling and a sample of 5 respondents was obtained. Methods of data collection using observation techniques, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of research and discussions that have been carried out regarding electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) on Shopee application users in Sangatta, Shopee application users in Sangatta in conducting e-WOM in the application are based on several supporting indicators such as Intensity, Positive Valence, Negative Valence and Content. These four things are important factors in the e-WOM process that occurs in Shopee application users, especially in Sangatta. From this it can be concluded that the motive of application users doing e-WOM on the Shopee application is to seek information on the products they will buy by interacting with other users and considering the results of reviews that have been written by previous buyers by paying attention to the positive or negative of the quality, variety and price of the products they will buy on the Shopee application.
