Abstract

Exclusive Breastfeeding (ASI) is a living liquid that can adjust the content of substance that can meet the nutritional needs of infants (Maryunani 2012). Based Riset Kesehatan Dasar (Riskesdas) of 2013 infants exclusively breastfeeding for six months is only 40.6%, far from the national target of 80%. The problems in the practice of exclusive breastfeeding is the social and cultural factors of economic (family support, education, income and employment status mothers), factors maternal age (readiness mothers in breastfeeding), factor parity mother, a factor of support from family, factor a lack of staff health and support community health workers making less light or encouragement about the benefits of exclusive breastfeeding. The purpose research this is to know the effect of family support and support of health workers on exclusive breastfeeding in Puskesmas Cilacap Tengah1 Kabupaten Cilacap. Methods This research is an explanatory research using cross sectional method. Subject Research This is the infant more 6 months and less of 12 months. Sample selection techniques that will be used in this research is cluster random sampling. Analysis of the data in this study conducted by Chi Square. Results of the research that no influencing to exclusive breastfeeding of health workers (p value 0,513 > 0,05) and factor Support family significant  influencing to exclusivebreastfeeding (p value 0,000 <  0,05) No influencing to exclusive breastfeeding of health workers and Support family factor significant  influencing to exclusive breastfeeding. Abstract

Infant Mortality Rate in Indonesia is still the highest in ASEAN, this means showing the health status of Indonesian people is still low. One factor contributing to infant mortality is maternal factors such as social economy, education, age and parity. Parity is a very influential factor on the results of conception. Pregnancy of more than four children may result in, among other things, low birth weight, less nutrition, slower growth. To know the difference between Birth Weight and Infant Birth Rate on low parity mother with high parity mother at RSUD Cilacap 2016. Comparative descriptive research design with Cross Sectional time approach. The sample in this study was 1530 with details of 1340 low parity mothers and 190 high parity mothers. There was a significant difference of Birth Weight Born in low parity mother with high parity mother (p = 0,002). There was a significant difference between the Apgar Score of low parity mothers and high parity mothers (p = 0.014). Keywords: Birth Weight, APGAR Score, Parity

Purpose of the Research Purpose of the research to knowing the analysis of factors that influencing exclusive breastfeeding. Methods of the Research The research is an explanatory research using cross sectional method. Subject Research This is the infant more 6 months and less of 12 months. Sample selection techniques that will be used in this research is cluster sampling. Analysis of the data in this research used Chi Square and Logisticregression. Result of the Reasearh: results of the research that factors influencing to exclusive breastfeeding is factor age (p value 0.012 <0.05), knowledge (p value 0.003> 0.05) and support family (p value 0.000> 0.05). The most influential factor to exclusive breastfeeding is support family. Conclusion: A Significant influence factor age,knowledge and support family factor to exclusive breastfeeding. Abstract

HIV/AIDS is a health problem in the world since 1981, this disease develops in a pandemic. HIV sufferers are usually difficult to distinguish from healthy people the incubation period of the HIV virus is for 10 years Depkes RI, 2006; Maryunani and Aeman, 2009). Based on information from the head of the VCT Cilacap Hospital that based on the existing data in the accumulation of the last 10 years there were 983 cases of  HIV / AIDS in Cilacap Regency and made Cilacap in third place in the Central Java Province. Of these 75% of people living with HIV / AIDS come from the productive age group between 25 and 49 years. Besides that based on the data available in April 2017 there were 7 (seven) pregnant women who were HIV positive. Based on the description above, it is important to conduct research on the characteristics of pregnant women with HIV at the Cilacap Regional General Hospital in the 2013-2017 period. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of factors related to the incidence of HIV (+) in pregnant women in Cilacap Regional General Hospital. Research conducted is descriptive research. The design used in this study using a method of using unpaired control cases, which aims to find the Analysis of Factors related to HIV (+) events in pregnant women. Data analysis in this study was conducted with Chi Square. The results of the reasearh were age factors and maternal occupational factors did not have a significant effect on the incidence of HIV (+) in pregnant women. Maternal education factors have a significant effect on the incidence of HIV (+) in pregnant women with a p value of 0.00 Key Word: Pregnant, HIV, Age, Education, Work
