Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to arrange an empowerment model for farmers of prime food crops in order to anticipate climate change in Central Java. The data used are primary ones collected through in-depth interviews with key persons and via Focus Group Discussion (FGD), which later went through Analysis Hierarchy Process (AHP). To formulate an empowerment model for farmers of prime food crops, reconstructions of existing field findings were performed based on FGD results and in-depth interviews with key persons and several related institutions. The results of research showed that in order to anticipate climate change, there are three main priorities that should be taken. They are: (1) to conduct anticipations towards climate change; (2) to deliver aids in production technology in accordance with the ocurrence of climate change and (3) to deliver information regarding planting time and types of crop.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the mediating role of income in the effects of consumption, education, and credit on household savings among business actors in Indonesia. Using a sample of 170 business owners, data were collected through structured questionnaires covering variables such as monthly consumption, education level, credit usage, income, and household savings. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was employed to analyze the data using JASP software, allowing for both direct and indirect effects to be assessed. The results indicate that consumption positively affects both income and household savings, suggesting that increased spending among business actors reflects higher income levels that enable greater saving. Education also positively influences household savings by enhancing financial literacy, though it does not directly increase income. Conversely, higher credit usage is associated with reduced income and household savings, highlighting the financial burden imposed by debt repayment. Income is shown to be a significant mediator in the relationships between consumption, credit, and household savings but does not mediate the effect of education. These findings underscore the importance of financial literacy and responsible credit use in enhancing savings among business actors. The study offers insights for policymakers to promote financial stability and prudent financial behavior

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between pricing and customer purchase decisions and brand perception, as well as the role that promotion plays as a mediator. Using a quantitative, cross-sectional methodology, 100 marketplace users were given an online survey to complete in order to gather data. The measuring model and the structural relationships between the constructs—price, brand image, promotion, and purchasing decision—were assessed using partial least squares structural equation modeling, or PLS-SEM. The results demonstrate that price directly affects purchasing decisions and greatly enhances brand image. Brand image plays a significant role in influencing decisions about what to buy and somewhat mediates the relationship between pricing and buying decisions. Promotion improved brand image, which helped it indirectly even though it had no discernible direct impact on purchasing decisions. These results emphasize how price plays a strategic role in influencing consumer attitudes and behavior, and they also show how important brand image is as a mediator in this process. The study's cross-sectional design and narrow focus on just two marketing mix components limit how far the findings may be applied. Future studies should take into account longitudinal designs to record shifts in consumer views over time, as well as other variables like product quality and customer loyalty. By elucidating the mediating function of brand image in connecting pricing and promotion with purchase decisions, this study advances marketing theory. For practitioners looking to maximize price and promotional tactics to improve customer purchasing behavior, the conclusions drawn have useful ramifications.

Abstract

This review addresses the gap in fiscal sustainability studies by analyzing how governance and technology jointly shape equitable fiscal outcomes across regions. Unlike prior reviews that remain descriptive, this paper integrates findings into a conceptual lens that highlights digital inclusion and participatory governance as underexplored drivers of fiscal resilience. By synthesizing evidence from diverse contexts, the study provides a novel perspective on bridging institutional and technological divides in fiscal systems. These measures are essential to achieving sustainable fiscal outcomes and reducing disparities in access and service delivery across global contexts.
