Abstract

Writing this article aims to determine the role of human resource management in organi-zationsSTIT Qurrota A’yun. The writing of this article uses the method of literature review (library research). From the discussion it can be concluded that Human Resource Man-agement is an element of HRM. Human workforce is not only capable, capable, and skilled, it is also important for their willingness and sincerity to work effectively and efficiently. Employees' abilities and skills are meaningless if they are not followed by work morale and employee discipline in realizing the goals of human resource management having five functions, namely the Procurement Function, Development function, Compensation func-tion, and Maintenance function. functional goals, social goals, personal goals. Human re-source management is needed to improve the effectiveness of human resources in the or-ganization. The goal is to provide the organization with an effective work unit. To achieve this goal, the study of personnel management will show how companies should acquire, develop, use, evaluate, and retain employees in number (quantity) and type (quality).

Abstract

The writing of this article aims to determine the effect of the implementation of studentcoaching onstudent management in an effort to realize student discipline behavior in MTs.Al-Fatwa. The writing of the article on the approach method and research technique usedin this study is expected to provide answers to problem solving through collecting fieldda-ta information that describes the factors that relate to the phenomena studied, namely re-garding the variables of Student Development Policy Implementation, Student Develop-ment Management and Student Discipline Behavior. The conclusions obtained in this studyare First, the variable implementation of the student coaching policy shows good criteria,Second, the student coaching management variable shows good criteria, this is evidencedby the average respondent's answer regarding the variable is good. Third, the variable ofstudent discipline behavior shows good criteria, this is evidenced by the average respond-ents' answers regarding these variables. The indicator withthe highest percentage is on the dimension of discipline in obeying school rules, namely students have a lesson schedule. The lowest assessment is found in the discipline dimension following learning and doing assignments.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of teacher professional competence and appreciation of teacher professional ethics on teacher performance. This research is quantitative research in elementary schools in the district of Cilawu, Garut Regency. The data collection technique used in this research is a survey technique. The results of this research are 1) The professional competence of teachers all show very good criteria because all respondents' answers regarding these aspects are in good criteria, 2) The appreciation of teacher professional ethics results show very good criteria because the average respondent's answers regarding these aspects are on very good criteria, 3) Teacher performance shows good criteria because the average respondents' answers regarding these aspects are in good criteria.
