Abstract

Kajian ini untuk melihat bagaiamana strategi komunikasi lembaga BARKA Trainingg & Consulting dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian metode kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dookumentasi yang kemudian dianalisis dengan tiga tahapan analisis data model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi komnikasi lembaga BARKA menerapkan konsep strategi komunikasi model Philip Lesly dengan tahapan riset, perencanaan program, pelaksanaan komunikasi, umpan balik, dan evaluasi program pelatihan. Komunikasi yang dibangun lembaga BARKA dalam pelatihan mengedepanka prinsip komunikasi dua arah dengan model partisipatif antara trainer dan peserta pelatihan.This study is to see how the communication strategy of the BARKA Training & Consulting institution is in implementing the training. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method approach. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and documentation which were then analyzed using the three stages of data analysis by Miles and Huberman's model. The results of the study show that the communication strategy of the BARKA institution applies the Philip Lesly model communication strategy concept with the stages of research, program planning, communication implementation, feedback, and training program evaluation. The communication built by the BARKA institution in training puts forward the principle of two-way communication with a participatory model between trainers and training participants.
