Abstract

Supply chain management is an important part of achieving company efficiency. The existence of globalization makes the transformation of technology in supply chains. The use of IoT in enterprise operations makes the company grow quickly and more effectively and efficiently. But this kind of performance makes there is more energy consumption. Environmental problems such as global warming and increasing air pollution arise, so many studies have suggested improving Supply Chain Management (SCM) with Green Supply Chain Management. In this study, we wanted to discuss "How ten companies in the world to do sustainability energy efficiency by using the GSCM (Green Supply Management) model so that it can reduce the risk of rising air pollution and global warming, and its correlation to Islamic Green Economics." This study uses the review literature method with a descriptive literature study model. Organized techniques were used to observe research studies from January 1, 2017, to April 2022, collected through various references. The results show that companies have widely applied the Green Supply Chain Management model. However, some companies have not implemented it because they do not understand the concept of GSCM. Even so, they have understood the concept of green, accompanied by caring for the environment and applying it in the company's operations. Manajemen rantai pasok merupakan bagian penting dalam mencapai efisiensi perusahaan. Adanya globalisasi membuat terjadinya transformasi teknologi dalam rantai pasok. Penggunaan Internet of Things (IoT) dalam operasi perusahaan membuat perusahaan tumbuh dengan cepat dan lebih efektif serta efisien. Namun, jenis kinerja seperti ini membuat konsumsi energi menjadi lebih tinggi. Masalah lingkungan seperti pemanasan global dan peningkatan polusi udara muncul, sehingga banyak penelitian yang telah menyarankan untuk meningkatkan Supply Chain Management, SCM dengan Green Supply Chain Management, GSC. Dalam penelitian ini, kami ingin membahas "Bagaimana sepuluh perusahaan di dunia menerapkan efisiensi energi berkelanjutan dengan menggunakan model GSCM (Green Supply Chain Management) agar dapat mengurangi risiko peningkatan polusi udara dan pemanasan global, serta korelasinya dengan Islamic Green Economics." Penelitian ini menggunakan metode tinjauan pustaka dengan model studi literatur deskriptif. Teknik-teknik terorganisir digunakan untuk mengamati) studi penelitian dari 1 Januari 2017 hingga April 2022, yang dikumpulkan melalui berbagai referensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan-perusahaan telah secara luas menerapkan model Manajemen Rantai Pasokan Hijau. Namun, beberapa perusahaan belum menerapkannya karena mereka tidak memahami konsep GSCM. Meskipun demikian, mereka telah memahami konsep "hijau," yang didampingi dengan peduli terhadap lingkungan dan penerapannya dalam operasi perusahaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dengan fenomena viralitas destinasi wisata panorama baru Bukittinggi pada media sosial. Tujuan dari kajian ini untuk mengetahui informasi mengenai bagaimana peranan Public Relations/Humas Destinasi Panorama Baru dalam mengelola media sosial yang digunakan sebagai alat komunikasi dan promosi destinasi. Adapun penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori peranan Public Relations/Humas menurut Dozier and Broom , yaitu sebagai Penasehat Ahli (Expert Prescriber), Fasilitator Komunikasi (Communication Fasilitator), Fasilitator Proses Pemecahan Masalah (Problem Solving Process Fasilitator), Teknisi Komunikasi (Communican Technician). Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Temuan dari penelitian ini mengindikasikan adanya peranan public relations/Humas pada destinasi Panorama Baru. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa Public Relations/Humas Panorama Baru berperan aktif dalam memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai publikasi destinasi wisata Panorama Baru Bukitinggi. Praktisi public relations/humas juga menjadi perantara antara publik internal dan ekstenal. Jika dikaji dari teori peran public relation oleh Dozier and Broom didapatkan bahwa peranan public relations/humas Destinasi Panorama Baru sebagai teknisi komunikasi, fasilitator komunikasi serta sebagai fasilitator proses pemecahan masalah. Dengan adanya pelayanan yang baik dari public relations/Humas maka eksistensi Panorama Baru dapat dioptimalkan sesuai dengan tujuan organisasi. This research is motivated by the virality phenomenon of the new Bukittinggi panoramic tourist destination on social media. T he purpose of this study is to find out information about the role of New Panorama Destination Public Relations/PR in managing social media which is used as a communication and destination promotion tool. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The theory used in this research is the theory of the role of Public Relations according to Dozier and Broom, namel y as an Expert Prescriber, Communication Facilitator, Problem Solving Process Facilitator, Communication Technician). Data collection methods in this research were carried out using interviews, observation and documentation methods. The findings fr om this research indicate the role of public relations/PR in the New Panorama destination. The research results found that Panorama Baru Public Relations/Public Relations plays an active role in utilizing social media as a publication for the Panorama Baru Bukitinggi tourist destination. Public relations practitioners also act as intermediaries between internal and external publics. If we examine the theory of the role of public relations by Dozier and Broom, it is found that the role of public relations/public relations at the New Panorama Destination is as a communication technician, communication facilitator and as a facilitator of the problem solving process. The results of this research also show a good response or image from the public . With good service from public relations/PR, the existence of Panorama Baru can be optimized in accordance with organizational goals.
