Abstract

  Background : Hypertension contributes to 13.5% of all deaths and often asymptomatic till occurs some organ damage, so it is often called the silent killer. One of many factors that triggers hypertension is an unbalanced nutritional status. Bananas can be used to replenish spare energy which usually runs out before the mealtime, which contains with high number of potassium. Objectives : The purpose of this research is to provide nursing care to Mrs. S. who has a readiness problem to improve health management with superior intervention therapy with Ambon banana consumption as a teaching prescribing diet.
