Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis sikap dosen terhadap pendidikan vokasi dan dampaknya terhadap keberhasilan praktek pendidikan vokasi. Pendidikan vokasi merupakan program pemerintah, dimana pendidikan vokasi ini adalah pendidikan yang menunjang pada peningkatan keahlian yang merupakan fokus pemerintah terhadap pendidikan keterampilan khususnya keterampilan pembekalan siap kerja. Penelitian menggunakan metode studi literature review dengan teknik analisis deskriptif. digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Terdapat 11 jurnal dalam kurun waktu 5 tahun terakhir yang memenuhi kriteria erdasarkan hasil penelitian, pendidikan karakter sudah diajaransejak usia dini, sehingga pendidikan karakter pada pendidikan tinggi berada pada tahap penguatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam memberikan pelatihan sikap dosen pada PendidikanTinggi Vokasi ( PTV) adalah dengan pendidikan sikap yang dilakukan oleh seluruh sivitas akademika. Pendidikan sikap pada PTV lebih fleksibel karena kurikulum pada PTV menyesuaikan kebutuhan stake holder ( rumah sakit atau bidang kesehatan).

Abstract

Elementary school administration is an activity to support the success of the quality of education in elementary schools. The scope of school administration activities includes the management of official letters and school archives. The management of official letters and archives in elementary schools is carried out by the principal assisted by a school operator. Their ability to manage official letters and school archives is still very lacking. Efforts to improve the capacity of principals and elementary school administration personnel can be given training on the management of official letters and school archives. The object (target audience) of the training activity was 25 heads of elementary schools in Pulo Gadung sub-district. The partners involved are the Tribe of the Education Office Region I of the East Jakarta Administration City. The training has been carried out for a day on Monday, August 15, 2022 via virtual with zoom cloud metting. The training materials consist of: entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education in schools; the role of the principal in entrepreneurship; and primary school entrepreneurship management. The three materials were delivered by 3 lecturers of the Education Management study program FIP UNJ with lectures, questions and answers and assignments. The results of the training were very satisfying for the participants and the organizing committee, because all the material had been delivered well and was very useful for all training participants.

Abstract

To improve professionalism, a teacher is obligated to develop himself. Teacher's self-development can be done by participating in the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) program. The purpose of CPD program is to improve teachers' competences and as a mean for their career development. The evaluation of the CPD program is very important to be carried out in order to measure the level of achievement and to provide supporting information for further decision making to maximize the program. The purpose of this study is to analyze the evaluation of the CPD program in the field of self-development which emphasizes on the final recommendation confirming that an object can be maintained, improved, repaired or even terminated in line with the data that has been obtained. This research method is an evaluative research with a discrepancy evaluation model. The results showed that self-development activities have a positive influence, especially in learning activities. However, there are still gaps in each stage of design, installation, process, product and comparison. Therefore, the self-development field in the CPD program must be improved by doing adjustments in each of the existing gaps.
