<![CDATA[AbstractThis study will raise the issue of religious conflicts that occurred in Aceh against the policies issued by the government in the construction of places of worship in Aceh. Where this is because they only see the majority without caring or paying attention to the minority. The number of rebellions is also based on the existence of people who are provoked by the inappropriateness of church construction related to the agreed policies. So that is the trigger why minority communities lack permits for the establishment of places of worship. So that later this writing also provides a view from the author's side that does not corner or pro and contra of the situation, but assesses the situation with what happened there so as not to over-interpret this conflict. The research method carried out in this paper uses descriptive qualitative methods, and literature studies of what we focus on in this research.Keywords: Conflict, Religion, Development and Licensing AbstrakDalam penelitian ini akan mengangkat permasalahan konflik agama yang terjadi di Aceh terhadap kebijakan yang dikeluarkan pemerintah dalam pembangunan tempat ibadah di Aceh. Dimana hal ini dikarenakan mereka hanya melihat kaum mayoritas tanpa memperdulikan atau memperhatikan kaum minoritasnya. Banyaknya pemberontakan juga berdasarkan adanya masyarakat yang terprofokasi terhadap ketidaksesuaian pembangunan gereja terkait dengan kebijakan yang sudah di sepakati. Maka itulah yang menjadi pemicu kenapa masyarakat minoritas minim perizinan untuk pendirian tempat ibadah. Sehingga nantinya penulisan ini juga memberikan pandangan dari sisi penulis yang tidak menyudutkan atau pro dan kontra terhadap situasi tersebut, namun menilai situasi tersebut dengan apa yang terjadi disana agar tidak berlebihan dalam menafsirkan konflik ini.
