<![CDATA[Abstract:As social beings who are no different from humans in general, ex-terrorist convicts also need a social life that runs within the scope of social life. The problem that ex-convicts, whether terrorists or not, are often exposed to is exclusion and hostility from the local community in the socialization of life. This study aims to look at efforts to deconstruct bad grades for ex-convicts in Menes, Pandeglang district with efforts to provide social assistance and welfare activities. In examining the research problem this time, the researcher uses the Subaltern theory from Gayatri Spivvak and Deconstruction Identity from Chris Barker which is supported by 3 deconstruction factors from Derrida. This research used a case study approach in a qualitative method which was carried out in the village of Menes, Pandeglang district with data collection techniques namely Observation, Interview and Documentation. The results of the research found by researchers are that the deconstruction efforts carried out by former terrorist convicts in Menes with the Friday Blessing movement succeeded in changing the bad image that was directed at them, this was marked by the waning of discriminatory treatment against them and the relationship of life with the local community to run harmoniously and inclusively.Keywords: deconstruction, discrimination, identity AbstrakSebagai makhluk sosial yang tidak berbeda-dengan manusia pada umumnya, mantan narapidana teroris juga butuh akan kehidupan sosial yang berjalan dalam lingkup kehidupan bermasyarakat, permasalahan yang kerap diterpa dari para mantan narapidana baik teroris ataupun tidak ialah pengucilan dan permusuhan dari masyarakat setempat dalam sosialisasi kehidupan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat upaya dekonstruksi nilai buruk terhadap mantan narapidana di Menes kabupaten Pandeglang dengan upaya kegiatan bantuan dan kesejahteraan sosial, dalam mengkaji permasalahan penelitian kali ini peneliti menggunakan teori Subaltern dari Gayatri Spivvak dan Deconstruction Identity dari Chris Barker yang didukung oleh 3 faktor dekonstruksi dari Derrida. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus dalam metode kualitatif yang dilakukan di kampung Menes kabupaten Pandeglang dengan Teknik pengumpulan data yakni Observasi, Wawancara dan Dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang ditemukan oleh peneliti ialah Upaya dekonstruksi yang dilakukan oleh para mantan narapidana teroris di Menes dengan gerakan Jumat Berkah berhasil mengubah citra buruk yang tertuju kepada mereka, hal ini ditandai dengan memudarnya perlakuan diskriminasi terhadap mereka dan relasi kehidupan dengan masyarkat setempat berjalan harmonis dan inklusif.Kata kunci: dekonstruksi, diskriminasi, identitas]]>
