Abstract

In a company, one of the most important things is human resource management. PT XYZ is a company located in the city of Bandung and is engaged in textiles and textile products. Job satisfaction of production employees at PT XYZ in Bandung City is still not good, which is indicated by increased unexplained absence data. There are also factors that can affect employee job satisfaction, namely the physical work environment and work motivation. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of physical work environment and work motivation on job satisfaction of production employees of PT XYZ in Bandung City. This research applies a quantitative-based research approach. Respondents of this study were 40 production employees at PT XYZ in Bandung City. The data collection methods used are questionnaires. The measuring scale in this study uses semantic differential. Data processing techniques using descriptive and associative analysis. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis and determination with the help of the SPSS version 26.0 program. The results showed that the physical work environment has a positive influence on job satisfaction of production employees, as well as work motivation. In addition, the physical work environment and work motivation simultaneously have an influence on job satisfaction of production employees of PT. XYZ in Bandung City. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of interpersonal communication and work motivation on the job satisfaction of Angkasa Lanud Husein Sastranegara High School Foundation Teachers, Bandung City. This research uses quantitative methods. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The respondents of this research were 46 teachers. The measuring scale in this research uses semantic differential. The analysis used was multiple linear regression and determination with the help of SPSS version 26.0 software. The research results show that interpersonal communication and work motivation partially have a positive influence on teacher job satisfaction. In addition, interpersonal communication and work motivation simultaneously have an influence on the job satisfaction of the Angkasa Lanud Husein Sastranegara High School Foundation Teachers, Bandung City. Abstract

Direct labor plays an important role in the smooth production process. Textile manufacturing companies located in Cimahi City require skilled human resources to carry out their work. Organizational commitment is an important element in human resource management to achieve organizational goals. Factors that influence organizational commitment are job insecurity and job satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of job insecurity and job satisfaction on organizational commitment in female contract operators of the Weaving Department of PT X, both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative method with multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 27. Data collection methods used in this study are questionnaires and interviews. Respondents in this study were 79 female contract operators of the Weaving Department of PT X. The results of the study indicate that job insecurity does not affect organizational commitment and job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational commitment. Then, job insecurity and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on organizational commitment.
