Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of recruitment and placement on employee performance through employee career development at PT Sai Apparel Industries. This research used a quantitative approach with a sample of 90 respondents. The sampling technique is Accidental Sampling with calculations resulting from the Solvin formula. The data processing technique in this research uses SmartPLS 3 software. The results of this research can be concluded that recruitment does not have a significant effect on the performance of PT Sai Apparel Industries employees, Recruitment has a positive and significant effect on the career development of PT Sai Apparel Industries employees, Placement has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Sai Apparel Industries employees, Placements have a positive and significant effect on the career development of PT Sai Apparel Industries employees, Career Development has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Sai Apparel Industries employees, Recruitment influences employee performance through employee development at PT Sai Apparel Industries, Placement does not have a significant effect on employee performance if it is through PT Sai Apparel Industries Employee Career Development. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of motivation, competence and leadership style on the performance of Bekangdam IV/Diponegoro Soldiers. The method used is quantitative with a type of field research. Through the accidental sampling technique, a sample of 72 soldiers was obtained. The data sources for this research are divided into primary data sources in the form of questionnaires and secondary data sources, namely documents in the form of additional data during the research. Data was collected through observation, documentation and questionnaires which became research instruments. Data was collected and then analyzed through multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the research state that Motivation, competency, and leadership style have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Bekangdam IV/Diponegoro Soldiers. The leadership style applied by the leader is a motivational type.

Abstract

PT. Gizindo Pratama Semarang is a company engaged in the trade and production of cow's milk, goat's milk, and soy milk. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation, work environment, and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Gizindo Pratama Semarang. The sampling technique in this study used nonprobability sampling, which is a sampling technique that does not provide equal opportunities or chances for each element or member of the population to be selected as a sample. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25 software. The results of the study indicate that compensation, work environment, and work motivation have a positive effect on employee performance.
