Abstract

East Nusa Tenggara is one of the provinces in Indonesia which is known as an archipelagic province. As an archipelagic province, PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) Kupang Branch is considered an important service to be able to connect one area with another area. Service quality, price, and facilities are important factors related to passenger satisfaction. Passenger satisfaction in using sea transportation services is of course determined by several factors taken by researcher in this research, namely service quality, price, and facilities offered by PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) Kupang Branch. The research aims to determine the influence of service quality, price, and facilities on passenger satisfaction, both simultaneously and partially. The research population is PT service users ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) Kupang Branch with a total of 55 respondents. Purposive sampling was chosen by the researcher as the sampling technique. Multiple linear regression analysis was carried out to analyze the data with the help of SPSS 25.0 for Windows. The results show that service quality, price, and facilities simultaneously affect passenger satisfaction, service quality partially has no effect on passenger satisfaction, price partially has no effect on passenger satisfaction and facilities partially influence passenger satisfaction.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui upaya Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Malaka dalam meningkatkan kesadaran Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) dalam membayar pajak kendaraan bermotor dan juga untuk mengetahui peran pemerintah daerah dalam meningkatkan kesadaran Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) dalam membayar pajak kendaraan bermotor di Kabupaten Malaka. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pajak kendaraan dinas yang belum terbayar menimbulkan beberapa persoalan yaitu potensi hilangnya pendapatan daerah, hilangnya kepercayaan terhadap pemerintah dan menunjukkan lemahnya manajemen dalam pemerintahan. Upaya mengatasi persoalan ini dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan peran Pemerintah Daerah dan wajib pajak melalui audit, manajemen aset khususnya kendaraan dinas, penegakan sanksi sesuai peraturan yang berlaku dan integrasi sistem informasi. Upaya ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kabupaten Malaka.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara komprehensif dampak sinergis dari variabel kompetensi guru, disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru Bahasa Inggris yang merupakan alumni Universitas Katolik Widya Mandira (Unwira) Kupang tahun lulusan 2018. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini mencakup seluruh alumni program studi Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris Unwira tahun 2018 yang berjumlah 68 orang, yang kini tersebar di berbagai institusi pendidikan di wilayah NTT. Sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh untuk memastikan representasi data yang maksimal. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner terstruktur dengan skala Likert yang telah divalidasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 25. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, kompetensi guru tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru Bahasa Inggris alumni Unwira Kupang tahun 2018, disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru Bahasa Inggris alumni Unwira Kupang tahun 2018, motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru Bahasa Inggris alumni Unwira Kupang tahun 2018, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru Bahasa Inggris alumni Unwira Kupang tahun 2018. Secara simultan, kompetensi guru, disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru Bahasa Inggris alumni Unwira Kupang tahun 2018.

Abstract

In the modern business environment, organizations must effectively manage internal resources such as organizational culture, knowledge, and innovation in order to enhance firm performance and maintain competitiveness. This study aims to examine the role of organizational culture, knowledge sharing, and innovation capability in influencing firm performance. A quantitative research approach was employed using a cross-sectional survey design. Data were collected from 200 employees and managers working in various organizations through a structured questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, reliability testing, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results indicate that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on firm performance, suggesting that a supportive organizational environment encourages collaboration and improves organizational outcomes. Knowledge sharing also demonstrates a significant positive influence on firm performance by facilitating the exchange of information, expertise, and experiences among employees, which enhances organizational learning and decision-making. Furthermore, innovation capability shows the strongest positive effect on firm performance, indicating that organizations with strong innovation capabilities are better able to develop new ideas, products, and processes that contribute to competitive advantage. The findings highlight the importance of integrating organizational culture, knowledge sharing practices, and innovation capability to improve overall organizational performance. This study provides theoretical and managerial implications by emphasizing the role of intangible organizational resources in driving firm performance and sustaining long-term competitiveness in dynamic business environments.
