Abstract

In jurisprudence there is an idea of  waqf mu’aqqat (waqf only in a certain duration). Imam Malik argues that the waqf contract is Mulazamat (the possession of a waqf object passes from wakif belongs to God-general). However, he argues that waqf is not necessarily done by Mu’abbad (forever); it may be done within a certain period of time, provided that the waqf shall not be withdrawn until the agreed duration is completed. Indonesian Muslims for hundreds of years have already identified waqf with (in the form of) land, and movable objects of a long lasting nature. Thus, Law no. 41 of 2004 and PP No. 42/2006 is projected as a means of social engineering (social engineering), make changes in thoughts, attitudes and behavior of Muslims to breathe with the spirit of the Act. One of the new regulations in the Waqf Act is the development of waqf objects.

Abstract

Fundraising zakat activities is a necessity. Lazisnu Kudus is a district-level non-profit organization that is devoted to community empowerment through productive utilization of zakat, infaq, sadaqah funds and other generous funds from individuals, institutions, companies and other agencies. Based on that, the researcher feels it is important to conduct research on Fundraising Lazisnu Kudus roblems related to the problems in applying Fundraising.From the results of the research that has been parsed in the previous chapter and the analysis that has been carried out, conclusions can be taken as follows: 1. Fundraising Strategy in Lazisnu Kudus. Lazisnu Kudus has successfully carried out fundraising activities with various strategies. 2. The inhibiting factor of fundraising activities in Lazisnu a. Institutional obstacles. That is the opinion of the advisory board stating that the management and employees of Lazis are amil, so they are not entitled to get the zakat portion. b. Fundraising inhibiting factors, which are direct inhibitors: that is, when direct donors are rejected, and donors permit to donate. And indirectly inhibiting: when conducting fundraising activities, namely fanaticism donors to other ormas, donors did not know the Lazisnu office 3. Supporting Factors from Fundraising Activities in Lazisnu Kudus. Supporting fundraising activities in Lazisnu is to use more toolmarketing when taking, there are targets and evaluations and rewards given. This can trigger enthusiasm to continue to do fundraising properly so that the funds can be raised.

Abstract

Dalam manajemen wakaf, kemandirian dan keberlanjutan nazir penting untuk  menyalurkan hasil wakaf secara terus-menerus. Hal ini membutuhkan ketersediaan sumber daya/dana wakaf bagi nazir dengan cara mengembangkan model-model penggalangan sumber daya (fundraising) wakaf. Karena itu, tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji model fundraising wakaf melalui sumber-sumber konvensional, produktivitas aset wakaf dan in-kind wakaf pada lembaga wakaf. Dengan penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif, hasil tulisan ini menunjukkan bahwa lembaga wakaf menggunakan manajemen fundraising wakaf dengan mengembangkan model resource fundraising seperti metode penggalangan dari sumber-sumber konvensional baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung dan model grand fundraising seperti penguatan program pemberdayaan pada penyaluran wakaf.

Abstract

The role of law graduates in Indonesia is very important in overcoming problems that exist in society when working as an advocate. But sometimes the profession sometimes gets a slanted view in the middle of society. This is due to the lack of literacy from the general public. Important advocates need to be considered because in addition to providing legal advice by defending the rights of suspects in criminal and civil cases. In criminal cases, the client's interests are subjectively separated from the law, even though the suspect realizes that he made a mistake. Almost never heard of a voluntary criminal willing to be convicted. So the role of advocates in upholding economic law in Indonesia is really needed. Without the role of an advocate, law enforcement, especially those relating to economic law will not be enforced.
