Abstract

Abstrak Bandar udara Tunggul Wulung Cilacap dipilih untuk menjalankan dan mengembangkan sistem manajemen yang efektif dan efisien, agar mampu mendorong peningkatan profesionalisme kinerja pegawai dan mampu menciptakan keharmonisan yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan Bandar Udara Tunggul Wulung Cilacap. Penelitian Bandar udara Tunggul Wulung di Cilacap memiliki sekitar 50 karyawan yang disurvei dalam penelitian kuantitatif ini. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan memberikan kuesioner kepada peserta dan meninjau dokumen terkait. Koefisien determinasi, uji t, dan analisis regresi berganda merupakan teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk menjawab hipotesis. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan IBM SPSS Versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dibuktikan dengan nilai hasil nilai thitung sebesar 2,786 > ttabel 2,010 dan nilai signifikansi 0,257 < 0,05. Variabel motivasi menunjukkan dengan nilai hasil nilai thitung sebesar 2,206 > ttabel 2,010 dan nilai signifikan 0,063<0,05. Terdapat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. sebesar 75,1%. Sedangkan 24,9% yang di pengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukan dalam penelitian ini. The influence of leadership style and motivation on employee performance is 75.1%. Abstract

One of Halim Perdanakusuma Airport (HLP) units is the Terminal and Landside Service unit. Terminal Inspection Service (TIS) units in the unit and Customer Service (CS) have different job descriptions. However, at this HLP airport, some employees do work that is not part of their job description, namely TIS unit employees who do CS work, or vice versa. This condition indirectly impacts the workload and self-efficacy of employees in the TIS and CS units on work stress. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between workload and work stress, the influence of self-efficacy on work stress, the influence of workload and self-efficacy simultaneously on work stress, and the coefficient of determination. This study uses a quantitative method with partial test hypothesis testing and simultaneous testing. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires containing 36 questions to 30 employees from the TIS and CS units. Before being distributed, the data had been validated and reliable. The data was then analyzed using the t-test (partial test), the f-test (simultaneous test), and the coefficient of determination. The study's results showed that (1) workload significantly affected work stress with a sig. Value of 0.000; (2) self-efficacy significantly affected work stress with a sig. Value of 0.000; (3) workload and self-efficacy simultaneously affected work stress with a sig. value of 0.000; and (4) the coefficient of determination obtained a result of 72.9%.

Abstract

In aviation, two important factors can affect passenger satisfaction: time efficiency in service, especially in the baggage claim process, and airline image. These two activities also apply to passengers at Halim Perdanakusuma International Airport. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between the duration of baggage claim and airline image on passenger satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach to data collection. It distributes questionnaires to 105 Citilink Indonesia passengers and 105 Batik Air passengers who claim their baggage in the arrivals area. In addition, it uses baggage manifest data in the form of first baggage (fi-bag) and last baggage (la-bag) time data. The data is then analyzed using the t-test (partial test) and f-test (simultaneous test). The results of the study indicate that partially, the Baggage Claim Duration variable has a significant effect on the Passenger Satisfaction variable, both for Citilink Airlines (sig.=0.30) and Batik Air (sig.0.035). The results of the study indicate that partially, the Airline Image variable has a significant effect on the Passenger Satisfaction variable for both Citilink Airlines (sig.=0.000) and Batik Air (sig.=0.000). Furthermore, the Baggage Claim Duration and Airline Image variables simultaneously affect the Passenger Satisfaction variable, with a significance of 0.000 for both Citilink and Batik Air Airlines.
