Abstract

A person's health is very important in life. In addition, good health is supported by adequate and superior facilities. In addition, the insurance industry needs to provide services that provide protection for humans, especially those related to activities that are beneficial to public health. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between the quality of health services and health insurance in Indonesia. The method used is to analyze articles published in the last 5 years through Google Scholar, Sinta, and Garuda searches. The results of this research are that the resources and mentality of implementers become the driving force for public policies made by the government. According to journals collected, more than 50% of the public feel that direct execution of public policy is the biggest motivator, both in implementing health service policies and other policies. They also note community initiatives and involvement. The quality of health services received is in accordance with the health insurance paid by the community. With health insurance, it is very useful in health services, patients are seen as the parties who utilize and benefit from these services, and they are also the parties who have the greatest influence on the quality of services provided.

Abstract

Health services are a public good, meaning that everyone must have access to them in order to have a chance of living a healthy life. The aim of this research is to understand the challenges faced in health financing in Indonesia. This type of research involves synthesizing, summarizing, and reviewing a number of previous studies to create a systematic review of the body of knowledge that has been published in online scientific journals. The results obtained between financing and the services they receive from hospitals are health development such as equitable access to health care and quality services (assured quality), so strong, stable and sustainable health financing is very important for health development and delivery of health services. To ensure adequate, fair, efficient and effective health funding, health policy reform in a country must place significant emphasis on health financing policies.

Abstract

Being healthy is essential for performing daily tasks. The Indonesian government has introduced several health-related public policies in an effort to improve health conditions. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between the quality of health services and health insurance in Indonesia. The method used is to analyze articles published in the last 5 years through Google Scholar, Sinta, and Garuda searches. The results of this research are that limited access to health services is closely related to the poor health status of poor people. Due to financial (economic) and geographical limitations. The main challenges experienced by underprivileged communities in accessing health services are lack of funds, remote location of health facilities, and transportation constraints. Good health is supported by adequate and superior facilities. Health advances are critical to fighting poverty. Improving the quality, affordability and equity of basic health services; expanding the number and caliber of health workers; ensuring the safety and efficacy of food and medicines; providing health services during regional disasters; increasing health promotion and community empowerment; and increasing access to health, especially for the poor, is the goal of the health services sector. The insurance industry needs to provide services that provide protection for humans, especially those related to activities that are beneficial to public health.
