Abstract

The research is motivated by the influence of production costs and operational costs on net profit. This research aims to find out and analyze how much influence production costs and operational costs have on the net profit of case studies of pharmaceutical companies listed on the IDX in 2018-2022). The research is motivated by the Impact of Creation Fees and Operational Fees on Net Profit. This research intends to identify and analyze how much the Impact of Creation Fees and Operational Fees on Net Profit Research on Pharmaceutical Industry Problems Listed on the IDX in 2018-2022). The type of research used is a quantitative method and the type of information is inferior information. The method of collecting illustrations in this research is a purposive sampling method with a total of 11 industries. The information analysis method uses descriptive statistical experiments, classical assumption experiments, namely, normality experiments, multicollinearity experiments, heteroscedasticity experiments, multiple linear regression analysis, autocorrelation experiments, experiments (R2), and hypothesis experiments. The results of this research partially prove that in elastic production fees have an insignificant impact on net profit as evidenced by the results of the experiment t count ≥ t table 1. 235 ≤ 1. 31253 with significant figures 0.227≥ 0.05. Operational costs have an important effect on net profit as evidenced by the results of t count≥ t table 3.581≥1.31253 with significant figures 0.001≤ 0.05. Creation costs and operational costs simultaneously have an important effect on net profit as evidenced by f count≥ f table 8.230≥3.35 with significant figures 0.002≤ 0.05. In the Experiment (R2) the elasticity of Creation Costs and Operational Costs can affect Net Profit by 37.9% while the excess of 62.1% is influenced by other aspects that are not studied

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is a significant influence between the competence of village officials on the accountability of village fund management. The population in this study is one of the village officials in Payakumbuh City, totaling 47 sub-districts. The sample in this study also consisted of 47 village officials using a satured sampling technique. The data collection method is a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses descriptive statistical analysis. The research result show that the competence of village fund management. This statement is based on the result of the partial test (t test) with a significance value of 0.008 which is 0.05 and seen from the calculated t value of 2.749 ˃ t table 2.011.

Abstract

This research was motivated by fluctuations in the percentage increase in the number of customers opening online accounts through Muamalat Din at PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia KC Payakumbuh, because this is new and not many people know about it. This research aims to determine and analyze the procedure for opening an online account via Muamalat Din and the effectiveness of opening an online account via Muamalat Din at Bank Muamalat Indonesia KC Payakumbuh. The research that the author conducted was a qualitative approach method, the data sources that the author took were primary data and secondary data. And data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques obtained use data analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. Based on the results of the research and analysis carried out by the author, it can be concluded that opening an online account via Muamalat DIN can be said to be effective. This is because opening this account can make it easier for people who want to have an account at Bank Muamalat Indonesia KC Payakumbuh. Then it also makes it easier for people to carry out transactions anytime and anywhere comfortably. The level of effectiveness of opening an account can be seen from the indicators of accuracy of program targets, program outreach, achievement of program objectives, and program monitoring.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the fact that in field observations the author found problems including the accumulation of visitors at the Silokek Geopark, facilities that were not well maintained and not cleaned thoroughly (facilities at the Silikek Geopark were not maintained). Not only that, the information boards were not updated and the roads damaged, accessibility is not well maintained. This research aims to find out and identify how much influence facilities and accessibility have on tourist interest in visiting the Silokek Sijunjung Geopark Destination. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The results of this research show that: (1) partially the facility variable t_count value is 3.603 and is significant 0.001. So a comparison is obtained with 3.603 > 1.986 and a significant 0.001 < 0.05. Thus, it can be interpreted as having a positive and significant effect on tourist interest in the Silokek geopark tourist destination, and the accessibility variable t_count value is 3.694 and is significant 0.000. So we get a comparison with 3,694 > 1.986. and significant 0.00 < 0.05. Thus, it can be interpreted as having a positive and significant influence on tourist interest in visiting the Silokek Geopark tourist destination. (2) simultaneously for the Facilities and Accessibility variables, the value of F_count > F_table is 19.284 > 3.09 with a significance of 0.001 <0.05. So the results of the F test show that it is positive and significant regarding tourist interest in visiting the Silokek Geopark tourist destination.
