Abstract

Al-Quran Education Park is a community group providing non-formal Islamic religious education which has an important goal of imparting religious knowledge to its students. TPQ AL Ashfa, which is located in Rampal hamlet, Dadapan village, Malang Regency, is one of the TPQs that was established in 2018. Until now, this TPQ has approximately 100 students with 4 teachers. The construction of the TPQ began with the provision of waqf land which was then built independently by the local community. In this service program, the service team collaborates with PMM Mitra Lecturer students to provide assistance with the design, physical work and arrangement of TPQ Al-Ashfa. The results are in the form of design of the talud/retaining wall, sanitation work, rebate work on the side yard of the TPQ so that it can be used as an outdoor facility, arrangement of the TPQ space, provision of assistance for supporting facilities for the TPQ program. With this assistance, TPQ becomes more neatly organized and the community and TPQ students can carry out the learning process comfortably and conducively.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat di TPQ Al-Ashfa Dusun Rampal, Kabupaten Malang, merupakan hasil kolaborasi mahasiswa PMM, dosen, dan masyarakat dalam mengatasi permasalahan infrastruktur yang meliputi akses jalan yang kurang memadai, potensi longsor pada lereng, serta lingkungan belajar yang belum tertata. Penyelesaian difokuskan pada tiga tahap utama, yaitu pemasangan paving block mutu K-300 seluas 132 m² untuk meningkatkan aksesibilitas, pembangunan talud dan pagar pengaman guna memperkuat stabilitas lereng sekaligus menjamin keselamatan, serta penataan lingkungan TPQ agar tercipta kondisi yang lebih rapi, aman, dan kondusif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kualitas infrastruktur, kenyamanan, dan keselamatan santri maupun masyarakat, disertai penguatan kapasitas teknis serta solidaritas sosial melalui gotong royong. Kesimpulannya, program ini tidak hanya menghasilkan perbaikan fisik, tetapi juga membangun kesadaran kolektif dalam pemeliharaan fasilitas publik. Saran yang diajukan meliputi kebijakan pemeliharaan berbasis partisipasi masyarakat, dukungan pemerintah desa, serta pendampingan berkelanjutan dari perguruan tinggi dan dunia usaha untuk mendorong pembangunan desa yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Kegiatan IPTEKS Pendampingan Desain dan Pengawasan Renovasi Bangunan Pondok Pesantren Shirotul Fuqoha’ dan Masjid Al-Falah merupakan implementasi tridharma perguruan tinggi yang bertujuan membantu mitra memperoleh dokumen teknis pembangunan yang lengkap, akurat, dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Program ini menjadi sarana penerapan ilmu teknik sipil secara langsung melalui kolaborasi antara dosen, mahasiswa, dan masyarakat, dengan fokus pada peningkatan kualitas perencanaan serta pelaksanaan renovasi masjid. Kegiatan meliputi survei dan pengukuran kondisi eksisting, perencanaan renovasi masjid dari satu lantai menjadi dua lantai, penyusunan denah dan pemodelan struktur 3D, pembuatan Detail Engineering Design (DED), perhitungan Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB), serta penyusunan spesifikasi teknis. Tim juga terlibat dalam pengawasan konstruksi, penggalangan dana, dan penyusunan brosur publikasi untuk mendukung keterlibatan masyarakat. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa program ini berhasil menghadirkan rancangan masjid yang lebih representatif, aman secara struktural, efisien dalam biaya, serta meningkatkan kemampuan praktis mahasiswa dalam penerapan ilmu teknik sipil di lapangan.

Abstract

Time delays and cost overruns are frequent problems in construction projects. To evaluate these issues, this study applies the Earned Value Management (EVM) method to assess cost and schedule performance in the Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Hospital project in Kediri. The analysis focuses on three key indicators—Budgeted Cost of Work Performed (BCWP), Budgeted Cost of Work Scheduled (BCWS), and Actual Cost of Work Performed (ACWP)—evaluated during weeks 10, 17, and 32. Results show that in week 10, project performance indicated delays and cost overruns (CPI = 0.75; SPI = 0.97). In week 17, the schedule improved (SPI = 1.50) but cost performance remained inefficient (CPI = 0.996). By week 32, both indices were positive (CPI = 1.011; SPI = 1.03), showing that the project finished earlier and more efficiently. The Budget Estimate at Completion (BEAC) was IDR 57,919,253,725, with an estimated duration of 39.79 weeks, slightly faster than planned. This study contributes to enhancing project efficiency evaluation through periodic EVM analysis, providing insights for better cost and time control in construction management.
