Abstract

The importance of understanding activity procedures and data accuracy in the form of making maps that can provide convenience in studying an area. The aim is to train and broaden the horizons of students in developing creativity and problem solving, understanding an official administrative process and validating assets ownership of kwh meter public street lighting panels in the form of maps. With the observation method, surveys in order to understand information about the description of procedures for procurement and installation of street equipment and other strategic places, rehabilitation / maintenance, procurement of materials / components, and flowcharts for repairing public street lighting. Making a map with the Arcgis application, producing a map of the distribution of kwh meter panels for public street lighting lamps in the munggu village area, mengwi sub-district, badung district.

Abstract

Kebudayaan Bali tidak pernah terlepas dari perpaduan harmonis antara tradisi keagamaan yang kental, kekayaan seni yang beragam, tradisi lisan, pakaian adat, bahasa daerah, serta adat istiadat yang menjadi bukti ketahanan dan kreativitas selama berabad-abad. Di balik keberagaman budaya tersebut, Bali sering menghadapi serangan dari pengaruh era globalisasi yang dapat mengancam warisan budaya. Dampak yang signifikan terhadap kebudayaan tradisional Bali adalah komodifikasi budaya Bali untuk tujuan pariwisata dan westernisasi akibat pengaruh perkembangan teknologi (media digital). Di tengah kekuatan globalisasi, masyarakat Bali perlu selalu menjaga keseimbangan antara menghormati kearifan masa lalu dan memanfaatkan peluang yang saat ini tanpa mengorbankan identitas budaya tradisional Bali dan nilai-nilai luhur yang dikandungnya.

Abstract

The implementation of Pecaruan on Tilem Kesanga is not an arbitrary provision that can be changed simply for convenience or practicality. This provision has a solid foundation in three dimensions: the textual authority of classical palm-leaf manuscripts that explicitly stipulate the time; astronomical justification indicating that Tilem Kesanga is a cosmic moment when the lunar phase and the optimal solar position converge; a philosophical foundation that teaches the importance of harmony between human actions (Karma) and the right time (Kala) in accordance with the laws of the universe (Rta). The discourse to shift the implementation time to Purwaning Tilem Kesanga requires careful examination, given its profound theological, cosmological, and philosophical implications. The decision to change a centuries-old tradition should not be made without a comprehensive study involving a deep understanding of the Wariga system as a science of cosmic harmony.
