Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of knowledge, promotion of service quality on customer interest in using sharia pawnshops. The object of this research is sharia pawnshop customers. This study uses convenience sampling method and the determination of the sample using the slovin formula obtained as many as 100 respondents. Data was collected using a questionnaire method distributed to 100 respondents, data processing using SPSS 22. Based on the results of the analysis using the t test with a significant level (5%) 0.05; it can be concluded that knowledge with a significant 0.66 < 0.05, no significant positive effect on customer interest, promotion 0.000 <0.05 has a significant positive effect on customer interest, service quality 0.074 < 0.05 has no significant positive effect on customer interest

Abstract

The urgency of this service is based on women in lower middleclass communities, especially in the Fatayat Ds. Salakan who always tries to escape the shackles of economic difficulties. The emergence of Socioeconomics which is widespread and developing in society is a signal that productivity and creativity are the main elements in improving the welfare of life. The Socioeconomic-based mentoring concept implemented is not only focused on activities to improve the economic level of the assisted residents, but also pays attention to environmental and social issues. This service aims to develop productivity and creativity using a socioecopreneurship approach with the focus of service being on three things, including (1) Providing counseling and outreach to assisted subjects with the theme: "The Importance of Socio-Economic Independence for Women through Entrepreneurship"; (2) Empowering assisted subjects by maximizing their potential in the form of training (production, packaging, distribution, and marketing) by bringing in competent experts in their respective fields; and (3) Provide post-training assistance. The results of this service are marked by an increase in production numbers, variants, business turnover, and marketing expanding into e-commerce.

Abstract

Lembaga zakat kini gencar menerapkan strategi pengumpulan zakat melalui layanan digital. Strategi ini diterapkan untuk mengoptimalkan pengumpulan Zakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi preferensi dan minat masyarakat dalam membayar zakat melalui digital fundraising di wilayah Kabupaten Tegal. Hal ini dilakukan agar lembaga zakat dapat melakukan hal tersebut dapat meningkatkan strategi untuk memperbanyak jumlah Muzakki dan mengumpulkan zakat Anda secara optimal dan sesuai potensinya. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 91 Muzaki yang berada di wilayah Kabupaten Tegal dan pernah bezakat menggunakan system digital. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SEM-PLS yang merupakan teknik yang digunakan untuk menguji model analisis statistik sebab akibat, dengan menggunakan SmartPLS versi 4.4.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel pengetahuan, faktor sosial dan kredibilitas kelembagaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap preferensi dan minat masyarakat dalam membayar zakat melalui digital fundraising di wilayah Kabupaten Tegal. Sedangkan variabel religiusitas berpengaruh positif terhadap minat masyarakat untuk berzakat secara digital akan tetapi tidak begitu signifikan.Kata kunci : Zakat, Digital fundraising dan SEM PLS
