Abstract

This research aims to determine the educational management of the Nurul Huda Islamic boarding school in the 5.0 era. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach, with the research object being the Nurul Huda Islamic Boarding School. Data analysis used analysis before in the field and during the field such as data reduction, data presentation, and Conclusion Drawing/Verification. Data collection procedures commonly used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research show that in implementing the quality management of Islamic boarding schools, cooperation, and mutual reminders are needed so that the work programs that have been designed continue to improve so that the quality of Islamic boarding school education and graduates will be great. There are several supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of quality management in Islamic boarding schools, namely lack of awareness of the management in carrying out the tasks and responsibilities that have been given because they are busy with their interests, teachers are less active in teaching and often neglect the work program that has been designed. so that in its implementation many work programs were neglected. In conclusion, the quality management of Islamic boarding school education needs to be formulated carefully to be able to produce quality educational output. Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of facilities and infrastructure management to support the effectiveness of learning at the Aliyah Negeri 1 Pemekasan madrasah. The research method used is a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on this research, the results showed that the principal together with the teaching staff at MAN 1 Pamekasan held a meeting regarding planning facilities and infrastructure before the new school year, the principal also asked for input from each person responsible for providing sarpas both in the classroom and outside the classroom, procurement of facilities and Infrastructure is budgeted for BOS funds. Management of facilities and infrastructure at MAN 1 Pamekasan involves four teams, has operational standards (SOP), and uses a record book for borrowing goods. Two factors influence the implementation of facilities and infrastructure management, namely the driving factor for facilities and infrastructure management at MAN 1 Pamekasan is the support and attention from the government to continue building quality facilities for academic smoothness with school operational assistance (BOS), the inhibiting factor is the existence of sarpas are missing or damaged and on the one hand the budget is inadequate. In conclusion, complete facilities and infrastructure support the learning process and even support the achievement of educational goals. Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of santri activity management in improving the quality of graduates at the Nurul Huda Pragaan Sumenep Islamic Boarding School. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with a field study method. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation, with data analysis processes in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of educational quality management at the Nurul Huda Islamic Boarding School is carried out through four management functions, namely planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising (POAC). Planning is carried out collaboratively through working meetings with the caretakers and management. Organizing involves the division of tasks and responsibilities based on fields. The implementation of the work program is carried out with the principles of cooperation, continuous evaluation, and determination of quality standards. Meanwhile, supervision is carried out routinely to ensure the sustainability of the program. Supporting factors for the success of implementing quality management include active leadership, community participation, and adequate facilities and infrastructure.  Keywords: Graduate Quality, Islamic Boarding School, POAC, Islamic Education
