Abstract

ABSTRAKHubungan industrial berhubungan erat dengan kepentingan antara pengusaha dengan serikat pekerja. Perjanjian Kerja Bersama (PKB) merupakan salah satu media untuk meredam kepenting kedua belah pihak tersebut menjadi sebuah perselisihan atau konflik. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dengan memberikan edukasi tentang PKB kepada para pekerja ini, supaya pekerja paham akan pentingnya PKB dan supaya terwujud hubungan industrial yang harmonis, dinamis dan berkeadilan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di PT Varta Microbattery Indonesia merupakan salah satu perusahaan asing yang sudah menyelesaikan PKB.  Pemberian edukasi diberikan kepada anggota Pimpinan Unit Kerja Serikat Pekerja Logam Elektronk Mesin Serikat Pekerja Seluruh Indonesia Varta Microbattery Batam dengan metode presentasi. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini, peserta yang hadir dalam kegiatan ini sebanyak 200 peserta dan 95% peserta mengetahui dan memahami tentang PKB.ABSTRACTIndustrial relations are closely related to the interests of employers and trade unions. Collective Labor Agreement (PKB) is one of the media to reduce the interests of the two parties into a dispute or conflict. The purpose of community service activities is to provide education about PKB to these workers, so that workers understand the importance of PKB and to realize harmonious, dynamic and fair industrial relations. This community service activity was carried out at PT Varta Microbattery Indonesia, which is one of the foreign companies that has completed the PKB. Education was given to members of Leader of WorkUnit the Metal Electronics Machinery All Indonesian Workers Varta Microbattery Batam with the presentation method. As a result of this community service activity, there were 200 participants who attended this activity and 95% of the participants knew and understood the principles of PKB

Abstract

This study aims to determine the difference in financial performance when implementing a credit restructuring policy with the enactment of POJK No. 11/POJK.03/2020 concerning National Economic Stimulus as a Countercyclical Policy on the Impact of the Spread of COVID-19 during the COVID-19 pandemic and BPR financial performance is assessed based on SEOJK No. 11/SEOJK.03/2022 concerning the Assessment of the Health Level (TKS) of BPR and BPRS. The study population is Conventional Rural Credit Banks (BPR) in Batam City, Riau Islands whose financial ratio reports can be obtained through the Financial Services Authority (OJK) website, so that with the selection criteria, the research sample becomes 9 BPRs. This research method is a comparative quantitative method with an analysis technique using the Wilcoxon Test. The results of the study explain that banking financial performance based on NPL Semester I/2020 and NPL Semester I/2021 shows differences after the implementation of the credit restructuring policy during the COVID-19 pandemic.
