Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh dampak dari globalisasi yang mengakibatkan perubahan besar bagi kehidupan manusia terutama di masa pandemi Covid-19 saat ini. Sehingga sumber belajar mahasiswa bertambah, salah satunya media internet sebagai sumber belajar.Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi mahasiswa Pendidikan Biologi Universitas Cenderawasih tentang media internet sebagai sumber belajar. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni-Juli 2020 tahun akademik 2019/2020 pada Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Cenderawasih dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan mengunakan teknik purposive sampling, dengan memilih sampel dalam penelitian yaitu 15% dari setiap angkatan. Total sampel dalam penelitian adalah 38 mahasiswa Pendidikan Biologi. Teknik pengumpulan data untuk data primer, menggunakan angket yang didistribusikan melalui aplikasi whatsapp sedangkan data sekunder melalui wawancara online, dan kajian-kajian literatur. Data dianalisis menggunakan bantuan aplikasi SPSS versi 25 kemudian dihitung manual menggunakan skala likert. Hasil analisis data 16 pernyataan 1 pernyataan diperoleh hasil sangat setuju (6,25%), 12 pernyataan diperoleh hasil setuju (75%), 3 pernyataan diperoleh hasil kurang setuju (18,75%). Berdasarkan analisis per indikator pada indikator pertama diperoleh hasil setuju dengan rata-rata (3,03), indikator kedua diperoleh hasil setuju dengan rata-rata (3,26), indikator ketiga diperoleh hasil setuju dengan rata-rata (2,74) indikator keempat diperoleh hasil setuju dengan rata-rata (3,07). Sedangkan analisis keseluruhan pernyataan diperoleh hasil persepsi mahasiswa pada kategori setuju dengan rata-rata (2.92), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa persepsi mahasiswa setuju dengan media internet sebagai sumber belajar. Kata Kunci : Persepsi Mahasiswa, Media Internet, Sumber Belajar This research is motivated by the impact of globalization which has resulted in major changes to human life, especially during the current Covid-19 pandemic. So that students' learning resources increase, one of which is internet media as a learning resource. The aim of this research is to find out how Cenderawasih University Biology Education students perceive internet media as a learning resource. The research was carried out in June-July 2020 of the 2019/2020 academic year at the Biology Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Cenderawasih University with a quantitative descriptive type of research. Sampling in this research used a purposive sampling technique, by selecting the sample in the research, namely 15% from each generation. The total sample in the research was 38 Biology Education students. Data collection techniques for primary data use questionnaires distributed via the WhatsApp application, while secondary data uses online interviews and literature studies. The data was analyzed using the SPSS version 25 application and then calculated manually using a Likert scale. Results of data analysis of 16 statements: 1 statement obtained a strongly agree result (6.25%), 12 statements obtained an agree result (75%), 3 statements obtained a disagree result (18.75%). Based on the analysis per indicator on the first indicator, the results obtained agree with the average (3.03), the second indicator obtained the results agreeing with the average (3.26), the third indicator obtained the results agreeing with the average (2.74). The fourth result obtained agreed with the average (3.07). Meanwhile, the overall analysis of the statements showed that students' perceptions were in the agree category with an average of (2.92), so it can be concluded that students' perceptions agree with internet media as a learning resource. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the family environment on interest in continuing studies to higher education in class determine the influence of the family environment and student learning achievement on interest in continuing their studies to higher education in class XII Science students at SMA PGRI Jayapura. This research was conducted at SMA PGRI Jayapura in the even semester of the 2017/2018 academic year. The population in this study was 58 students in class XII Science at SMA PGRI Jayapura. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis method used is multiple regression.The results of this research show a partial test: (1) there is an influence of the family environment on the interest in continuing their studies to higher education in class XII Science students at SMA PGRI Jayapura. (2) there is no influence of learning achievement on interest in continuing studies to higher education in class XII Science students at SMA PGRI Jayapura. Simultaneously: (3) There is an influence of the family environment and learning achievement on the interest in continuing their studies to higher education in class XII Science students at SMA PGRI Jayapura.
