Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji dampak cepatnya perkembangan bisnis dalam pasar cabai rawit di Pasar Wage Nganjuk, yang diwarnai persaingan ketat akibat variasi harga dan layanan penjual. Pertanyaan penelitian difokuskan pada pengaruh harga cabai rawit (X1) dan layanan penjual (X2) terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen (Y). Tujuannya adalah untuk memahami dampak masing-masing faktor dan interaksi di antara keduanya. Metode penelitian kuantitatif digunakan dengan mengumpulkan data primer melalui kuesioner dan wawancara, serta data sekunder melalui dokumentasi. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh konsumen di Pasar Wage Nganjuk, dengan 100 responden sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan antara harga cabai rawit dan keputusan pembelian konsumen serta layanan penjual dan keputusan pembelian konsumen. Selain itu, terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara kombinasi harga cabai rawit dan layanan penjual terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Implikasinya, penjual dan konsumen perlu memahami dinamika pasar ini untuk mengoptimalkan strategi bisnis mereka.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mendalami penerapan khiyar, hak memilih, dalam transaksi jual beli pakaian di Pasar Tradisional Bagor Nganjuk, menitikberatkan pada prinsip-prinsip hukum Islam. Khiyar digunakan sebagai mekanisme untuk menghindari potensi penyesalan atau kerugian dalam transaksi, menciptakan landasan yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai etika Islam. Dengan mengadopsi pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini terlibat dengan 7 penjual sebagai sampel, menggali praktik penerapan khiyar dan menganalisis pandangan Fiqih Muamalah terhadapnya. Tujuan penelitian adalah memperoleh pemahaman mendalam tentang implementasi khiyar dalam transaksi jual beli pakaian di pasar tradisional. Hasil penelitian memberikan wawasan yang kaya tentang aspek praktis dan perspektif hukum Islam, memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan dalam memperdalam pemahaman keadilan dan etika bisnis Islam di tingkat lokal.

Abstract

In Islamic economics, there are muamalah activities, such as buying and selling, leasing, and lending, regulated by religion for the common good. These rules ensure that human life is secure and organized without harmful deviations. This research focuses on the online buying and selling system at Anisa Online Shop Grosir in Mlorah Village, Rejoso Sub-district, Nganjuk Regency, and its impact on customers, as well as the Islamic economic perspective. The research objectives encompass understanding the online buying and selling system, its impact on customer satisfaction, and the Islamic economic perspective on this system. The research method employs a qualitative approach with the researcher as the main instrument. The findings reveal that the online buying and selling system at Anisa Online Shop Grosir involves retail and wholesale purchases, positively impacting customer satisfaction, and aligning with Islamic Sharia without violations.

Abstract

This study explores the online buying and selling transactions at Jesika Shop Kebonagung, focusing on the aspects of contracts (akad), Islamic economics, and problem-solving strategies. Jesika Shop Kebonagung, as an online store, exhibits a transaction process involving marketing through social media, product selection, buyer information input, payment methods, and product delivery. The Islamic economic review highlights the utilization of Salam and Wakalah Bi Al-Ujrah contracts. Strategies to address issues involve active communication between sellers and buyers through various social media platforms, recommendations for transactions through applications with shipping cost subsidies, and offers of discounted shipping promotions. The research methodology employed is qualitative descriptive, utilizing observation, interviews, and documentation. The research findings provide comprehensive insights into the online buying and selling practices of Jesika Shop Kebonagung from the perspective of Islamic economics.

Abstract

The article titled "Analysis of the Islamic Economic System in the Production of NUcless at PT. Persada Nawa Kartika Kertosono" presents a qualitative study revealing the production process of NUcless at PT. Persada Nawa Kartika based on Islamic economic principles. Employing a case study method and a descriptive approach, the research collected data through interviews, observations, and documentation from employees of the company. The findings indicate that the production of NUcless at PT. Persada Nawa Kartika adheres to Islamic economic principles, although certain aspects still require improvement. Recommendations are provided for the company to consistently apply production principles and Islamic economic values to maintain a positive image in the eyes of consumers and the general public. The implication is that the sustained implementation of Islamic economic principles can enhance the company's business reputation in the market, instill trust, and support sustainable growth.
