Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Kudamati, Kecamatan Nusaniwe, Kota Ambon dengan sasaran mitra kader posyandu Kelurahan Kudamati. Kegiatan dimaksudkan untuk membantu mengatasi permasalahan yang ada pada mitra yaitu: 1) Kader belum pernah melakukan deteksi risiko stunting pada ibu hamil karena tidak ada instrumen yang tersedia; 2) Belum optimalnya keterlibatan kader posyandu dalam program deteksi dini stunting berkelanjutan. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, solusi yang ditawarkan, yaitu: 1) perlunya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra melalui penyuluhan dan pelatihan tentang program deteksi stunting yang relevan dan terupdate; 2) perlunya peningkatan keterlibatan kader melalui pendampingan deteksi risiko stunting yang dilakukan oleh kader terhadap ibu hamil dan balita. Hasil pengabdian ini yaitu peningkatan pengetahuan post-test sebesar 95,4% dan peningkatan keterampilan pengisian instrumen SIDIK SIAMA pada seluruh kader posyandu.

Abstract

In-depth interviews and literature review. The conclusion of this study is that judging from the communication process that occurs, it can be concluded that the effectiveness of a communication pattern used in the Lolotuara Village Office, Southwest Maluku Regency greatly influences the performance results of government staff in the village, this can be seen from the use of secondary communication patterns. , linear and circular which are quite good but the pattern of communication is primarily not implemented properly so that the performance of the staff in the office has not been done optimally. It is hoped that all parties can carry out their duties and responsibilities to the fullest, and the communication patterns that occur within the Lolotauara Village office environment will continue to be even better, so as to create a sense of mutual understanding. Positive feedback and effective communication patterns can also be realized as expected by all parties.

Abstract

The increasing times and technological developments encourage people to meet important needs, apart from basic needs such as clothing, food and shelter, electricity is one of the important needs that people use to complete work or daily activities. PT PLN (Persero) Maluku and North Maluku Region has the task of providing electricity for the public interest, so that the supply of electricity can meet consumer needs. Be it electricity needs in households, industry, offices, social, business, or street lighting. This thesis examines the role of PT PLN (Persero) Public Relations in the Maluku and North Maluku Regions in the socialization of electricity users in Ambon City. The method used in this research is a qualitative method. Research data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The theory used in this thesis is Stakeholder Theory. The results of this research are the public relations of PT. PLN PLN (Persero) for the Maluku and North Maluku Regions, namely carrying out all outreach activities, both directly and indirectly. Public Relations acts as a communicator who disseminates information about programs or recapitulates the results of complaint reports through social media, radio, websites or digital platforms. Public Relations is also a mediator and resource person who also forms media relations regarding programs from PT PLN (Persero), the parent unit of the Maluku and North Maluku Regions.

Abstract

The use of Malay as an intermediary language throughout the Indonesian archipelago is linked to the rise of Islamic kingdoms and the spread of Islam, which was a result of the growth of regional trade. Ambonese Malay is one of the regional languages used by the Moluccan people. Ambonese Malay is spoken by most Moluccans which includes Ambon City, Lease Islands and so on. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of the use of Ambonese Malay on the formation of Moluccan identity. From the results of the study, it was obtained that the use of Ambonese Malay had a positive and significant effect on the formation of Moluccan identity. It can be seen from the results of the partial test (t test), namely t count 11,553 t table 1,667. Then it can be concluded that the hypothesis is acceptable. The value of the coefficient of determination (R2). At 0.666 or 66.6%. This shows that the percentage of influence of Ambonese Malay on the formation of Moluccan identity is 66.6% while the remaining 33.4% is influenced by other variables that are not found in other models.
