Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan dosis pupuk kandang bebek yang terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman cabai rawit di tanah aluvial. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Kalimas , Kecamatan Sungai Kakap, Kabupaten Kubu Raya yang berlangsung 12 November 2016 sampai dengan 18 April 2017. Metode yang digunakan adalah Percobaan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan, 5 ulangan, dan 4 tanaman sampel. Pemberian dosis pupuk kandang bebek sebagai berikut P0 (tanpa perlakuan), P1(500 g/polybag), P2 (1000 g/polybag), P3(1500 g/polybag), dan P4 (2000 g/polybag). Pengamatan yang dilakukan yaitu tinggi tanaman, cabang produktif, volume akar, berat kering, jumlah buah pertanaman dan berat buah pertanaman. Pemberian pupuk kandang bebek berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap semua variabel yang diamati.Kata kunci : Pupuk Kandang Bebek, Cabai Rawit, Aluvial

Abstract

The rice plant (Oryza sativa L.) is a rice-producing crop which is very important for the people of Indonesia, because most of the Indonesian population consuming rice as main food. Black rice contain a higher iron than white and brown rice. Black rice could increased body resistance to disease, improves liver cell damage, prevents kidney dysfunction, prevents cancer, slows aging, as antioxidants, cleans cholesterol in the blood and prevents anemia. The objective of this research was to obtain information on vegetative stage characteristics of black rice which treated with organic material on Red-Yellow Podsolic (RYP) soil. It also to understand the effect of organic material addition to the phenotypic phenotype phases of vegetative rice of black rice of Tabah variety. This study used a Completly Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 6 levels i.e A = 0% (without inorganic), B = 100% cow compost, C = 75% cow compost + 25% Chicken manure, D = 50% cow compost + 50% Chicken manure, E = 25% cow compost + 75% chicken manure, F = 100% chicken manure. Each treatment consisted of 4 replications and each replication consisted of 4 samples. The study was conducted in experimental garden of Faculty of Agriculture, Tanjungpura University, Pontianak. This research obtained 13 character of Vegetative phases of black rice of Tabah. Qualititative characters of black rice at vegetative phase of of Tabah rice was not signivicantly different in all treatments. Various combinations of organic materials significantly affect the high character of seedlings, vegetative phase height, leaf length, leaf width and angle rods in black rice Stout.

Abstract

Characterization of black rice is needed to know the character information of the plant. This study aims to determine the generative phase morphology characteristic and the level of similarity of some black rice from West Kalimantan on RYP soil. This research was conducted in experimental garden of Faculty of Agriculture of Tanjungpura University. The study used Completely Randomized Design (CRD), consisting of 4 treatments A = Nanga Taman, B = Sanggau, C = Senakin and D = Ensalang. Each treatment were replicated 6 times and each replication consisted of 3 plant samples.  The observed  measurement were stem strength, plant height, leaf maturity (yellowing), panicle emergence, grain fertility, plant age, leaf color, number of productive tillers, stem color, number of grain per panicle, pannicle type, secondary panicle, males, lemma and palea, hair on lemma and palea, color of grain tip, grain tip, grain end, long grain, diameter of stem segment, length of panicle, seed width and weight of 100 grains. Character observation data were analyzed using MVSP program to obtain dendogram. Based on the analysis of generative phase character, the plant was divided into 3 groups. The first group consists of Senakin black rice. The second group consisted of the black rice species of Ensalang and Sanggau. The third group consists of Nanga Taman black rice.
