Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon tanaman kailan terhadap aplikasi abu kulit kopi di tanah gambut dan mengetahui dosis abu kulit kopi terbaik untuk meningkatkan produksi kailan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kebun percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Tanjungpura Pontianak. Waktu penelitian dilaksanakan selama 10 minggu. Penelitian dimulai pada tanggal 8 Mei 2014 sampai 15 Juli 2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan pola Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 6 perlakuan abu kulit kopi yang diulang sebanyak 4 kali, setiap ulangan terdiri dari 3 sampel sehingga tanaman seluruhnya berjumlah 72 tanaman.   Perlakuan yang dimaksud adalah A0 = tanpa pemberian abu kulit kopi, A1 = pemberian dengan dosis 120 g/polybag,  A2 = pemberian dengan dosis 180 g/polybag, A3 = pemberian dengan dosis 240 g/polybag, A4 = pemberian dengan dosis 300 g/polybag, dan A5 = pemberian dengan dosis 360 g/polybag. Variabel yang diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah pH tanah setelah inkubasi, volume akar (cm3), jumlah daun (helai), jumlah klorofil (Spad Unit), luas daun (cm2), berat segar tanaman (g), dan berat kering tanaman (g). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan aplikasi abu kulit kopi memberikan peningkatan terhadap pH tanah tetapi tidak memberikan peningkatan terhadap volume akar, jumlah daun, jumlah klorofil, luas daun, berat segar dan berat kering tanaman. Dosis 120 g/polybag merupakan dosis efektif penggunaan abu kulit kopi di tanah gambut.   Kata kunci : Abu kulit kopi, Kailan, Tanah gambut.

Abstract

Digital transformation has fundamentally changed organizational dynamics, demanding an adaptive, efficient, and valuable coordination model. In the context of Islamic organizations, the need for coordination is not only technical, but also spiritual. This research aims to examine how the culture of Islamic coordination is built and implemented in organizations in the digital era and how it affects the improvement of organizational performance. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies at a number of Islamic-based institutions that have integrated Islamic values in digitization practices. The results of the study show that the integration of Islamic values such as ta'awun (cooperation), amanah (trust), shiddiq (honesty), and ihsan (excellence) in the organization's digital system is able to form a harmonious, collaborative, and productive work culture. The use of technology such as cloud systems, digital communication platforms, and work management applications strengthens the coordination process while maintaining accountability according to the principle of hishbah. The Islamic culture of coordination also increases loyalty and job satisfaction, strengthens participatory leadership, and forms a balanced work system between the mundane and ukhrawi. This research confirms that building a culture of Islamic coordination in the digital era not only supports organizational effectiveness, but is also a superior strategy to maintain integrity, strengthen identity, and increase competitiveness. Thus, this approach is worthy of being used as a model for Islamic organizations in facing global challenges based on values and technology.
