Abstract

Banyaknya wanita Indonesia yang mulai sadar akan pentingnya menjaga kecantikan, menyebabkan munculnya berbagai produk di berbagai produk kecantikan yang berusaha mengembangkan produknya mulai dari Skincare, Handbody Lotion hingga sabun mandi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di pelanggan body lotion Scarlett Whitening Kota Denpasar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan peran kepuasan pelanggan dalam memediasi pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan ukuran sampel 100 orang dan menggunakan teknik purporsive sampling. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode penyebaraan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Uji Asumsi Klasik, Path Analysis, dan Uji Sobel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, diperoleh hasil bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, kualitas pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan, kepuasan memediasi secara parsial pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Implikasi pada penelitian ini terhadap strategi pengembangan dapat digunakan oleh Scarlett Whitening Kota Denpasar dalam mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yang tepat untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan. With many Indonesian women who are starting to realize the importance of maintaining beauty, there are many various products in various beauty products that are trying to develop products ranging from Skincare, Handbody Lotion to bath soap. This research was conducted at Scarlett Whitening body lotion customers in Denpasar City. The purpose of this study is to explain the role of customer satisfaction in mediating the effect of product quality on customer loyalty. This study used a sample size of 100 people and used a purposive sampling technique. Data collection in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires. This study uses the Classical Assumptions Test technique, Path Analysis, and Sobel Test. Based on the results of this study, the results obtained were that product quality had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, customer quality had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty and product quality had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction , satisfaction partially mediates the effect of product quality on customer loyalty. The implications of this research on development strategies can be used by Scarlett Whitening Denpasar City in developing the right marketing strategy to increase customer loyalty.
