Abstract

This research aims to investigate the legal aspects involved in the collaborative agreements between the government and the private sector in infrastructure projects. Infrastructure projects play a crucial role in a country's development, and collaboration between the public and private sectors is often the primary foundation for realizing it. Legal analysis includes an in-depth study of regulations and laws governing these partnership agreements. Legal factors such as responsibilities, risk-sharing, and the rights and obligations of both parties are the primary focus. Furthermore, the research also considers contractual aspects within these agreements by assessing their structure, provisions, and dispute resolution mechanisms. By analyzing the legal role in the relationship between the government and the private sector in the context of infrastructure projects, this research is expected to provide a deeper understanding of the dynamics and challenges faced in implementing such collaborations. The implications of the research findings are expected to contribute to the development of more effective and reliable regulations to support the sustainability of infrastructure projects in the future.
