Abstract

ABSTRAK :Weight training guide on the back can be delivered through pictures, books, audio visual, tapes, and so on. Based on the results of the needs analysis, a member of the Sanggar Kebugaran Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Malang require weight training the back, while the most appropriate medium to convey the weight training is the back of the audio visual media. Guide with audio visual media is systematically designed to be attractive based on the principles of weight training that has been there before so that  members at Sanggar Kebugaran Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Malang can receive information, knowledge and control of the movement of the back weight training more easily and precisely.Keyword :development, guiding, weight training of back.
