Abstract

Penelitian ini fokus mengkaji mengenai salah satu alternatif yang bisa meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa melalui metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus. Setiap siklusnya terdiri dari 4 tahapan yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan/observasi, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik dokumentasi, observasi, dan tes. Indikator keberhasilan pada penelitian ini adalah secara individual peserta didik mendapat nilai di atas KKM yaitu 70 atau ketuntasan secara klasikal peserta didik di kelas mencapai 85%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa menggunakan metode Probing Prompting dengan memanfaatkan media Flashcard dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik mata pelajaran SKI materi Khulafaur Rasyidin siswa kelas VII MTs Al Manar Tengaran Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023. Hasil ini terlihat dari 28 peserta didik sebelum diterapkannya metode Probing Prompting   dengan media Flashcard yang mendapat nilai di atas KKM sebanyak 16 peserta didik atau 57,14% dengan rata-rata 64,85. Kemudian setelah diterapkannya Probing Prompting   dengan media Flashcard pada pembelajaran siklus I, jumlah peserta didik yang mencapai KKM sebanyak 81 atau 64,29% dengan nilai rata-rata 67,28. Hasil ini mengalami peningkatan sebesar 25%. Pada siklus II peserta didik yang mencapai KKM sebanyak 24 atau 85,71% dengan nilai rata-rata peserta didik yang tuntas yakni 76,83.

Abstract

The videography training at SMP Birrul Walidain Plupuh Sragen aims to enhance students' technological skills. In the face of rapid technological growth, integrating practical digital skills in education is crucial. The training covers basic videography concepts, hands-on practice, and the use of the CapCut app for editing. Implementation methods include planning, socialization, execution, and evaluation. Videography training involves 7th, 8th, and 9th-grade students, starting with basic video techniques, including recording and editing using the CapCut app on students' phones. This training not only expands students' knowledge of relevant subjects in the contemporary era but also strengthens cooperation skills, fosters positive social relationships, and nurtures their creativity. In the context of Islamic education, videography is considered a means to disseminate religious teachings and positive messages to society. It is hoped that this younger generation will become proficient technology users, support religious values, contribute positively to society, and continue learning.

Abstract

Education is a deliberate process aimed at developing the potential of students. The principal's significant role in educational institutions ensures the achievement of quality education. The purpose of this research is to explore various leadership styles and strategies implemented by the principal to improve the quality of education at SMP Birrul Walidain Muhammadiyah Plupuh, Sragen Regency, Central Java. Field research methods were used to collect data through interviews, observations, and documentation, with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results found that inclusive, democratic leadership with a family-oriented approach successfully created a conducive school environment for growth and innovation. An effective principal can integrate the educational vision with daily practices at the school, foster strong collaboration between staff and students, and build an environment that supports innovation and continuous learning.
