Abstract

Gymnopilus termasuk jamur saprob yang dapat ditemukan pada kayu lapuk. Gymnopilus termasuk ke dalam Basidiomycota, Agaricales, dan Strophariceae dimana informasi mengenai taksonomi jamur ini masih jarang di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi secara morfologi jamur Gymnopilus disekitar hutan kampus IPB sehingga dapat menambah data keragaman jamur di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan opportunistic sampling. Metode ini tidak menggunakan transek dalam pencarian jamur, namun menggunakan titik koordinat untuk lokasi ditemukannya jamur. Pengamatan morfologi jamur dilakukan dengan makroskopis dan mikroskopis. Hasil pengamatan dalam bentuk deskripsi kemudian dijadikan acuan untuk identifikasi sampel yang dikoleksi. Spesimen yang dikoleksi diidentifikasi sebagai Gymnopilus cf. josserandii. Spesimen yang didapatkan menunjukkan bagian tudung berwarna kecokelatan dengan adanya bintik-bintik berwarna cokelat tua. Lamella berwarna cokelat tua dengan tekstur halus dan seperti lembaran-lembaran tissue, tubuh buahnya berdaging, dan warna dominan pada jamur ini adalah kecokelatan. Pengamatan mikroskopis menunjukkan basidiospora halus dan berukuran 5,95 x 3,85 µm dengan bentuk lonjong hingga elips. Secara morfologi jamur yang ditemukan memiliki kemiripan dengan G. lepidotus. Namun, G. lepidotus memiliki spora dengan permukaan kasar dan memilki granul pada bagain dalam spora dan basidianya. Penelitian lebih lanjut dengan menggunakan pendekatan molekuler diperlukan untuk melihat kekerabatan spesimen yang ditemukan pada penelitian ini dengan spesimen lain dari seluruh dunia.

Abstract

Former kaolin mining has poor physical and chemical properties for plants. The low nutrient content makes difficult for plants to grow. Nitrogen (N2) is an important macronutrient for plants, but it can only be absorbed in the form of ammonium ions (NH4+) or nitrate ions (NO3-­). Therefore, it is necessary to transform nitrogen, which is able to change the molecular form so that it can be absorbed by plants. The strategy that can be done is using nitrogen-fixing bacteria. This study aimed to explore and analyze the diversity of nitrogen-fixing bacteria based on 16S rRNA and nifH gene from the rhizosphere of the Kaolin Lake area. The method started with bacterial isolation from rhizosphere soil samples. Selected isolates were tested for ammonium content to determine the ability of isolates to fix nitrogen. In this study, 13 isolates had the ability to fix nitrogen, two of which had a high ammonium concentration, namely RBN 5.6, and RBA 2.3. The highest ammonium concentration was produced by isolate RBN5.6 amounting to 7.55 μg/ml. Based on 16S rRNA gene identification, isolate RBN5.6 was similar to Burkholderia cepacia and isolate RBA2.3 was similar to Bacillus aquimaris. Based on the detection of the nifH gene, isolate RBN5.6 was identified as a protein-encoding dinitrogenase reductase gene group cluster from the Stutzerimonas stutzeri.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the competence of administrative staff in improving the quality of education administration at Satit Phatnawitya Elementary School in Thailand. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative which describes and examines the real conditions of the object of research based on authentic data collected. The research subjects consisted of the principal, 2 administrative staff, 5 teachers and 3 students. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that: the competence of administrative staff at SD Satit Phatnawitya Thailand in carrying out their duties can be carried out properly. Be it personal competence, social competence, and managerial competence. However, it still needs to be improved regarding technical competence, especially with regard to the efficiency of working time, this is because the quantity of administrative staff is still lacking. In addition, they also double as an educator (teacher) this is what causes the quality of performance to not be carried out optimally. As for the efforts made to improve the quality of education administration, they try to do excellent service by doing work outside working hours (overtime) to complete tasks. In addition, they also prioritise and establish good cooperation by filling each other's shortcomings between colleagues (administrative staff).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi mengagungkan Allah Swt dengan tunduk pada perintahnya mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti melalui metode Problem Based Learning. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ( Classroom action Reasearch). Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah fase D SMP Negeri 2 Gantarangkeke Tahun ajaran 2024/2025, yang terdiri dari 18 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh metode Problem Based Learning berhasil meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi mengagungkan Allah dengan tunduk pada perintahnya. Hasil penelitian pada setiap siklusnya mengalami peningkatan, yaitu mulai dari pre test nilai rata- rata siklus I mencapai 77 meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 82,8 . Sedangkan dalam aktivitas peserta didik dalam menjawab soal formatif mengalami peningkatan mulai dari siklus I dengan rata – rata 73 kemudian meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 83 . Berdasarkan hasil Analisis data pelaksanaan pada tindakan pada setiap siklus dinyatakan berhasil karena seluruh aspek yang diteliti telah memenuhi indikator keberhasilan.

Abstract

School Administration is a process of managing and organizing activities within a school environment with the aim of achieving efficiency and effectiveness in organizing education. School administration involves various aspects such as planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising various activities within the school. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find out in depth about the implementation of school administration management at SD Satit Phatnawitya Thailand. The approach used is to use a qualitative method, namely research used to investigate, describe, explain, find the quality or specialty of social influences that cannot be explained, measured or described through a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using observation and interview techniques. The conclusion is that this study shows that the implementation of a management system in supporting administrative services at SD Satit Phatnawitya Thailand has been carried out well byutilizing all facilities/means and infrastructure as a stepping stone in optimizing the implementation of a management information system. Efforts to improve the quality of education have increased because they are supported by various administrative services that have been implemented at SD Satit Phatnawitya Thailand which can help students in their daily teaching and learning activities.
