Abstract

This research examines the management of extracurricular education early childhood. It is backed by that implementation of extracurricular activities on early childhood education face varieties of constraints in management. Therefore, extracurricular activities, early childhood education is supposed to be managed thoughtfully. The management of extracurricular activities are good and true will effect positively to the quality of early childhood education. The qualitative research methodology is library research. Method of data collection by collecting reference books the subject matter and book supporters. Data analysis techniques are content analysis. Results of the study show that the extracurricular management, early childhood education is implemented through the following four stages: (1) plan a needs analysis, types, background, goals, budget, materials, assessment tools, schedule, facilities and infrastructure, output criteria instructors, (2) organize the Division of duties, authority and responsibilities of the personnel of extracurricular activities, (3) carry out extracurricular activities appropriate planning and organizing, and (4) evaluate extracurricular activities.

Abstract

Humans are very complex creatures so that psychological scientists want to reveal the secrets that exist in humans, because each individual certainly has a different character. Personality is an understanding of behavior, thoughts, feelings, and parts of the soul that build human existence into a unity that is not separated in carrying out its functions. Therefore, personality is defined as understanding the I, the self, the self, or understanding the whole human being. In Islam, the term personality (syakhshiyah) is used to describe a person's behavior and try to assess its good and bad. Sigmund Freud concluded that the human self in forming his personality consists of 3 main components namely id, ego and superego. human personality according to Islamic psychology has three components, lust (Al-Nafs), reason (Al-Aql) and heart (Al-Qalb). Personality is actually a product of the interaction between the three components, it's just that there is one that dominates over the other components. The dynamics of human personality in the perspective of Islamic Psychology include: First, mutma'innah personality (serene principle). Second, lawwamah personality (awareness principle). Third, ammarah personality (pleasure principle). The typology of personality in Islam, which comes from the Qur'an and Sunnah, is divided into: First, the believer type. Second, the disbeliever type. Third, the hypocrite type.

Abstract

Education is a conscious and planned effort to create an atmosphere and learning process so that students actively develop their potential. Indeed, the existence of counseling guidance has a major function in developing human resources. All forms of deviations that we often hear today become a concern for the decline in social quality and character of this nation's generation in the future. The purpose of this study is to determine the importance of counseling guidance in the perspective of education and the role of guidance and counseling in education in Indonesia. The research method used is qualitative with the type of library research.  The data reviewed in this paper is secondary data obtained through literature study. The subject of counseling is human, the existence of globalization has an impact on increasing human needs and desires to pursue various things that are offered and promise something better. The result of this research is that counseling guidance is a process of providing assistance provided by an expert (mentor teacher) continuously to an individual or a group of individuals (students), to prevent or overcome problems that arise with various potentials owned, so that they can achieve optimal development and can plan a better future, make adjustments to their environment and achieve their welfare. life. Cultural, psychological, educational and environmental aspects are important in the study of counseling and counseling guidance. Character building is one of the goals of national education. Schools from kindergarten to college have a central role in developing and instilling character values. Extra-curricular activities in schools that have been organized by schools are one of the good media for fostering the character of students.

Abstract

This study examines the RA Head Management in the field of teacher HR. It is against this background that management owned by RA is not very good in the field of Teacher HR. This causes a lack of public trust in education held at RA Nurul Hidayah Jembayat Margasari. The purpose of this study was to determine the profile of coconut management in RA Nurul Hidayah Jembayat Margasari and provide recommendations for the formula for the Management of RA Heads in the field of Human Resources in Improving the quality of education in RA Nurul Hidayah Jembayat Margasari. Research methods using a qualitative approach, data analysis techniques using data reduction, with the method of taking data through observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained are presented in a qualitative form and then conclusions are drawn as well as checking the validity of the data, extension of observation and perseverance. The results of this study are that RA Nurul Hidayah Jembayat Margasari has the goal of helping to lay the foundation towards the development of attitudes, knowledge, skills and creativity needed by students in adjusting to the environment. Its existence is used as a forum and trust by the local community to educate the children of the nation so that these children can develop in accordance with the educational goals to be achieved by RA Nurul Hidayah Jembayat Margasari. The strategy efforts undertaken are divided into 3 types, namely strategies in the field of human resources, strategies in the field of management and strategies in the field of facilities and infrastructure. Principal management maximizes human resources through training and education for teachers to produce abilities and increase knowledge in teaching students according to established standards.

Abstract

Village history is often neglected and not taught formally to the younger generation. Lack of knowledge of village history can have an impact on the lack of pride in the place of residence which has the potential to reduce active participation in preserving traditional values. To reduce this impact, the IBN Tegal Posko 21 KKN Student Team held a QR Code digitalization work program to learn about the history of Sesepan Village with the aim of providing local history education as a step to strengthen village identity. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method with more emphasis on analyzing a condition through thinking, data collection techniques through observation and documentation. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the use of QR Code technology can increase public awareness of village history which can later be accessed through platforms digital.
